“Placed an online order and accidentally picked wrong pick up date. Although there was a delay in response, I was able to pick up the cake the day that I wanted it. So thankful for that! The cake was very cute and my Shelly liked it. She's a very picky eater but she ate some of it. My other dog devoured a piece. This place also has other doggy items inside the shop/bakery. I would say it's a bit pricey but I guess that's anywhere nowadays. Ooh, it smelled very nice when i walked in and the dog treats looked very savory. They had doggy empanadas!”

“Tonight I had to make a purchase for a needle. My large breed dog had a hematoma on her ear that was getting larger by the day. I didn't know what size would be best, but knew 18-22gauge is the area I was thinking. I think Lexi helped me, I couldn't find my receipt to confirm. She got the needle displays out. We settled on the 20 gauge 1 inch because I didn't want too long of a needle and didn't want it to move around if my dogs head moved too much. We also asked Siri and Google, lol. Our choice worked beautifully!!!Thank you Locke Hill for over 20yrs of amazing customer service. Everyone here is always helpful and kind. Here's to many more!”

It is the only place I get my crickets , dubias and hornworms for my reptile babies. Great prices help in this economy as it is. “This location is my go-to pet supply store! It's always clean, organized, plenty of supplies to choose from with affordable prices and the employees are kind and helpful. They always have sales on different products, for every kind of pet too. I only wish they didn't carry live animals in the store. I just think it can be a little cruel to be locked up in a cage all day. But besides that, a good store.”

“Pleasantly surprised stopping at this fish store. One thing that immediately stuck out to me was their prices. These guys are absolutely KILLING their competitors with their prices on fish foods, tanks, decor, and even livestock. I've found the cheapest price for fish food here, trumping other stores by a couple of dollars. The store itself looks and feels very old, but the staff does a good job at keeping it maintained. The employees are super nice and helpful as well. I didn't get any names but there was a very nice gentleman at the register who I observed directing another customer to a product. We were also able to have a nice conversation. The customer service was exceptional. It was a bit warm in the fish room, but there was a decent amount of interesting freshwater fish to look at. Their saltwater selection is small, but the fish were healthy looking and rather intriguing. I would gladly return in the future.”

“This store has everything I need for my Doberman! They are so knowledgeable and attentive. If you need any help or suggestions, they will try their best to point you to the right direction. However, I recommend you do your own research on what is best for your dog/cat. I feed raw and they have a diversity of treats and meal mixers. I'm really gonna miss this store. Unfortunately, I moved away so now I'm ordering my food and everything else online. But if you're near this place or visiting in the area I highly recommend this location!!
