Updated review: no longer a pet supplies plus store! Not the same shopping experience as pet supplies plus.
Old review: Great local pet supplies store with friendly staff and clean store. The self wash tubs are easy and convenient to use. The wash card makes it easier and cheaper to frequently wash my pet.

I am still receiving coupons in the mail for “Pet Supples Plus” and the return address is BABCOCK road. But am told I cannot use the coupons there. I thought it would be a one off thing while they went through their changes but I just received another coupon in the mail last week from Babcock. Which I can’t use?

Incredibly rude employees here. Took my dog for the self service wash station which is good, but the ladies who work here were all snippy and short, borderline passive aggressive. When I was done I cleaned the hair out of the wash station as best as I could and as I was walking out with my dog I smiled at the cashier and said thank you. Her smile she had on her face vanished and she looked annoyed. I wanted to buy a treat for my dog, but at that point I didn't even bother just to not interact with anymore of the staff. I'm not sure what their problem is but nearly every lady who worked here had a bitchy attitude.

Excellent costumer service.
Ashley went beyond and above.
Great selection and a good selection of overall better pricing compared to other pet stores.
Love their community involvement by collecting pet food and other pet items for animals in need.

I love this place. The staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, a staff member helmed pick a new food for my furry daughter to help reduce her allergies.

Does Pet Supplies Plus is very good it's always nice and clean and when you buy the Redford Naturals in house brand dog food which is very high quality and we've been feeding that to our dogs for years and they love it.

Helpful courteous staff. They carry the treats my vet recommended for my dog. I haven’t found them at the other pet stores. So thankful for Pet Supplies Plus.

The staff is always very friendly when I go in there to grab some stuff for my doggy! They are very helpful also if I have questions they are more than happy to answer them or help me find what I am looking for!!!
