this place is AWESOME.way cheaper and better then petsmart or petco.they ALWAYS hv coupons to.the girl at the register was very nice and helpful.i had coupons and she helped me use the better deals one.

Great experience, the bag of dog food I was buying was too hard for me to reach so I went around and asked the worker on the ladder if he can get it for me. He got it for me very fast and efficient. No wait time, very professional. The Cashier and manager answered some detailed questions for me. So I will continue to be a customer at this location.

This pet store is far superior n very way compared to other nearby unnamed pet stores. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. They have everything you'd need for your pet.

I went with vouchers from a specific dog food company and was not sure how to use them towards my purchase. The guy behind the register was very helpful and patient. The prices and selection of items are great too.

Usually going here is very pleasant. However when I went recently the AC is not working & it’s absolutely miserable inside. Was very disappointed to overhear that the landlord just doesn’t want to fix it due to it just being replaced last year. It’s Texas, summer is miserable & having a working AC for not only your guest but most importantly your workers is beyond important. Really hope someone gets it together & realizes getting the AC fixed should be a priority & realize those movable fans do nothing to help the situation.

The website is easy to use so ordering for delivery is great. The service is fantastic and the dog food we ordered was delivered in about an hour. That was the best part of it! Love PSP!
