Came in for a self wash with a sweet hound I rescued last night. The wash included a little basket with shampoo and conditioner, brushes and towels. The employees were SOOO incredibly kind and helpful and offered valuable advice. This is definitely the place to go for any dog parent or rescue.

Me and my fiance always get great customer service here, all staff have been friendly. But tonight takes the cake. Unfortunately I did not remember her name, but one of the woman working here was so beyond empathetic, helpful, kind, and really saved us tonight.
Always a solid collection of products for the size and location of the store as well.

I was having a terrible day from running around since my bearded dragons light bulbs went out just to find out the lamp holder broke as soon as I got back to replace the lights. I called this petco to ask if they had them (bc I was tired of running around). They informed me they did. Got there and was helped by an employee (I don’t remember their name). They were so kind and informative my day was immediately better. Great service and kind staff. Going to make this my new petco to visit any time I need anything!
