Yes they make you feel wonderful and are very informative and throw you with papers galore of authenticity do mot buy fake print outs!! I had blood work and my pet is Not repeat is NoT a full breed champion line!!! Hence this is why they make you sign a non refundable purchase because they know their pets are not or carry a illness or worse Parvo which is why they also make you sign a non return on that specific factor. Also my dog suffers from low sugars because he was not fed and taken care well. It has only been three 3 -4 months since i purchased and keep in mind pets run well over $3000 and up and they drop 100-200 slowly as the dog gets older or sick and won’t tell you!!! If you apply for a credit card they charge interest month to month at 35% which is always above the minimum payment required so if minimum payment on a $3k dog is $150 a month add $110 to that and if you don’t pay it guess what your amount never goes down and your $3000 dog by the time would of cost you $25k or more in just three years you thought it would take you!! Stay away from Petland credit cards SAY NO!!! Look at the reviews on many platforms reddit etc… there are many complaints and they need to be reported to BBB and animal control. No pet champion or not should not cost more then $1000 unless they are professional champion line trained knows how to play dead , potty trained and knows how to protect already!!! Or come with a training plan already for $3k and up!!! Also looked up where these puppies come from and its basically a farm no small breeders which is why some will come sick!! This is a animal cruelty at its worse!!! Sold high priced but not taken well care of!!!
They ate over $3000.00 with a paper requiring you to sign no refund even if the dog gets Parvo!! Hence mines never touched grass or been outside only dogs she was near was the ones in store !!!

Angie helped me this past Thursday when my boyfriend and I came in. She was absolutely amazing! She was super informative about all the puppies and was VERY patient with me! She made my shopping experience very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

1st time going to the store and everyone was being help. We went with the intention of adopting a cat but they didn't have any. They do have LOTS of little dogs, fish and birds. We did walk out with 2 birds and everything to keep the birds alive. I must say, they do have a large selection on birds toys. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in details.

Great store love it this review is for the bald guy with a beard I took my siblings in for their birthday to see some cool pets and he acted as if it was the worst thing in the world for us to play with a puppy. First he asked “are any of y’all even 18” when I said yeah of course he rolled his eyes, then he asked which pup we’d like to see (there were two in the cage) we said which ever is fine with us he replied with attitude “well it’s not MY play date you choose which puppy” he was huffing a puffing very loudly as if to insinuate that we were taking too long (we were there for like 10 minutes max). If you hate your job just say that there’s no need for the attitude, do better. I get that we look a little young but that doesn’t excuse the behavior we received I can only imagine how he treats other customers.

Apparently should’ve taken the filter out of the box to inspect it. Not sure they sell many products from the shelf since it was covered in dust and had an expired manufacturer’s coupon from 2015. At least it was 40% off but I was hoping to replace my current filter. The main plastic piece of this filter is unusable as the giant crack is at water level. Good thing I don’t plan to shop there again.

went in and immediately saw my baby.she was just so cute healthy and super clean.not staff but one lady named laura was very helpful and answered all our questions.very kind and friendly.we are happy we found a mini daschund to our liking.prices thou are INSANE.i love my lil weenie dog.but never again purchase from here.the prices are STUPID CRAZY.

My dad got my Malti-poo from this store 6yrs ago when I was a teen. We bought him at 3mo old! He was a happy puppy. My family requested to play with him in the little cubicles and we were delighted. He was a little pricey, but he had his papers, proper shots/vaccines, and had an underbite that made him adorable. He’s doing well even today! Never gotten injured or sick. He’s expected to live the normal expectancy of a malti-poo.
I don’t remember much about the store or any changes since then, but I remember that the lady helping us was nice!
