I have tried a few dog foods. TOW fish was the best for my small dog with allergies—UNTIL my granddaughter p/u Activa, grain free, for her puppy. I was elated that she introduced my dog to a food that COMPLETELY stopped my dog’s itching AND he loves it!!! NO MORE allergy meds, period.

Jeff changed my life today! He taught me everything I didn't know I needed to know about feeding and caring for my puppy. This is now our official pet store and will not need to go anywhere else. The product quality and customer service are absolutely unmatched! ❤

The lower-priced dog foods all have pork in them. The ones without pork are far too expensive.

This place is great. They have their own brand of food and additives to mix in for a very healthy pet. It has helped my dog with her allergies and put a pep in her step. At a great price I may add.

Superb customer service! Zach and Jeff helped me find the best products for an event I was hosting for all the pup owners in my community. Since I am not a pet owner myself, they took time to explain to me the products that would be the most popular and deliver the best value! They went above and beyond to help me find the products that would stretch my budget and serve our pups and pup owners with the best quality! I absolutely recommend pet owners to check out their quality products and excellent customer service! I was blown away by the intentional service they showed me: asking me thorough questions to make sure they completely understood my vision for the event, patiently answering my questions with great explanations, and creating a wonderful shopping experience for me! Highly recommend Pet’s Barn and this location!

Very disappointed... I purchased canned cat food for my father's cat who has special dietary needs. The employees were very helpful and kind however the cat would not eat the food. I brought back the unused cans to exchange for a different brand but was met with a terrible customer service. When I asked if I could exchange the cans for a different brand I was immediately asked if I had a receipt? I didn't keep the receipt but this store is not a bustling location so I know the young man behind the counter remembered me from a couple weeks ago. He was not the one who asked for the receipt, it was a young girl standing next to the employee who helped me pick out the food. I didn't give them any grief at all I just replied no I do not have the receipt. Another man chimed in who I presume is the manager and he says "do you have a receipt?". I didn't even ask twice if I could exchange them! When the manager asked about the receipt I just put the bag of 12 cans on the counter and said that's ok keep them the cat will not eat it but I won't be back. I know that many of these pet food companies will stand behind their product and will give a guarantee that if your pet doesn't like it bring it back and try another flavor or product. I didn't expect the store to be out anything just an even exchange. These folks at Pet Barn need a lesson in customer service and or fix this flawed policy. I have never seen this brand of cat food anywhere but here so it's not like I went to Walmart and bought it. I was so disappointed if I could give a 1/2 of a star I would.

Fabulous, they told me a lot about the dog food that they make. And they even did a free bag so we could try it out,to see if it helps with our dogs allergy, and joints. They have super cheap toys also . Check them out, they are So nice, this Pet Barn is on Blanco.Rd, by 1604.
