I'm really disappointed in the way the quality of this chain has gone downhill. I have been a military member over 13 yrs and have used petsmart as my go-to for my husky, as I can have her seen nationwide. I used to get outstanding quality services! Both customer service and grooming.
But now it always seems the groomers are understaffed, overworked, and never able to do walk-in services. (And have a horrible attitude about it) even though they post them. The area is usually unsweepted and dirty at this location. I have been here on 4 different occasions. I have a husky, so it's a more difficult breed, but she's a sweet heart and has been seen with petsmart for over 13 yrs. She's turning 14 soon. I think it's time to ditch the chain as they just can't seem to advertise with honesty and compassion anymore. The last 2 times I sent her here she came back wet and under brushed. It's a $100 cleaning, which they deserve every penny for but at least provide quality and take pride in your services. Id gladly tip 20 to 40 if they listened to my needs and wants for my beautiful granny.

Whoever was working today In the morning- older white lady was being abrupt with us. Didn’t feel welcome and didn’t say hi but as soon as another white old lady came she said hello to her. Won’t be coming back here again. Treat your paying customers better

One of the worst PetSmart's I've ever seen. Loose dogs, dirty, mold ceilings, unhappy cashiers, no other employees in sight, horrible Banfield. It's just so bad. Either this place gets remodeled or shut down. This place is ghetto as hell.

Clean & neat. Wasn't too happy about their service. Use to have a lot more choices on their treats for dogs. Was very disappointed about their cut down on their treats for dogs.

There are usually employees there to say hello and greet you but never walking around to help you find something. Be prepared that if you can't find something you will have to go up to the cashier and ask for assistance. The customer service here is a 0.

I don't mind the shopping, but I had a horrible experience with the grooming. They never stated they would put my dog in a kennel. They left her there while they groomed another dog and finally got to her 2 hours later. My dog has never been put in a kennel for very long, she hasn't been groomed in 4 years, and she was terrified. I explained all this to the lady (except for the part about the kennel because I didn't know they were going to use a kennel) before handing my dog over, and also let them know that she had recently snapped at the vet because she was scared. The lady said she would take it slow with my dog. Well, they left her in a tiny kennel and when they tried to get her out, she was backed into the corner of the kennel and snapped. The lady got a tiny scratch (she didn't even wear a bandaid) and they told me that my dog was aggressive and they couldn't groom her. I never got charged and my dog and I left.
This is a blessing in disguise though because I found a home groomer who my dog loves.

I took my dog there for grooming today, and even though her hair cut looks amazing, I have to give them a 3 stars review because when I got there, I saw my poor dog almost choking from how tied the leash was while standing up on the grooming table and the lady shaving her was grabbing her mouth really hard like getting annoyed by my dog because it was trying to sit down. My dog is 13 years old and have bad hips
