Great store I still buy my senior dog food there glad they have it always. My problem with the grooming department is they want to charge me $15.00 extra for each of my dogs who have a light murmur I had to find a different groomer to avoid that ridiculous charge. News flash! It’s not my fault my dogs are seniors and have a heart murmur so I find that to be discrimination against senior dogs. Thank God I found a great groomer who doesn’t discriminate. 🙏🏽🐶🐶

I will continue to give a lower rating until this company pulls there heads out of there butts and offer a military discount! I can find other pet stores and or go online that would offer it. Thanks!

Not sure if other locations do this, but they keep fish in tiny containers. This is totally inhumane and should be kept in tanks like the rest of the fish. There must have been 50-60 fish in tiny plastic containers.

Not impressed ordered two reptile bulbs on door dash both which stopped working in less than 24hrs later when they did the return they did not ask how I wanted my return and just put it back on the card which after reviewing was not my card will not be returning terrible customer service

I have been calling for 2 weeks to reschedule /refund a puppy training class I paid for since my puppy will not be fully vaccinated by the time class starts. While the dog trainer is super nice and did attempt to call back once while i was working, the process to figure this out has been horrendous. I tried to call back and left and was told that they would leave a message for the trainer and i didn’t hear anything. So, i called again today with the class now starting in a few days and was told me an extremely rude and hostile manager that there’s nothing she can do but leave the trainer a message but she won’t be in until the weekend. well, the class starts before then so that won’t work especially since i’ve already been calling for weeks. she clearly didn’t believe my story as she said, “she’s really good at calling back so what you’re saying is really odd.” i just wanted to be treated like a human being as i paid for these classes, but i have been treated horribly especially by whoever i spoke to this evening. horrendous truly.

Most of the employees there are rude and not helpful at all. They make me feel like I'm bothering them just asking to get something ONLY EMPLOYEES ARE ABLE TO GET. Also, they have absolutely no reptile knowledge yet sells reptiles
