Terrible service. I was making appointments for my two dogs to be groomed. When I was scheduling the appointment for one dog, it came up they did not have current rabies information. I checked I’d bring it in. I finished scheduling the first dog. I booked the second dog with no problems.
I called the vet and they sent the rabies information to me. I asked about the second and was told she is good until June.
Fast forward to 9 pm the day before an appointment. I received a call stating dog two did not have current rabies information.
Vet is not open on Saturday. No one seems to know what is going on.
Terrible service and attention to detail.

Grooming staff is very rude. No hello, no information regarding services. Just sign papers and leave. Paid for the special and couldn’t even use it on my dog. Will not be coming back.

We take our pets to the Banfield pet hospital at PetSmart on bandera and we absolutely love it over there. The staff is super friendly. The front desk receptionist named Megan was extremely helpful and we're super thankful for all of the care that they've supported our pets with over the years!

Great customer service on the day my daughter and I visited their store. We adopted our new cutie dwarf hamster. The ladies that helped us that night were great help with supplies, food, and advice. They respected our budget when helping us choose all the necessary supplies for our new baby 💘

Customer service was out of touch. Presented a prescription paper given to me from Banfield for cat food, showed her the Prescription number, and was told we needed to go back to Banfield to get another prescription paper and check out there because, appearance-wise, the designated prescription number normally needed to start with numbers 245. Turns out, the assigned prescription number is in fact correct and 100% accurate. Also, we got redirected back to the cashier line to check out, after all that. Seriously, what else does Banfield Prescription Number mean?

Ok I have always loved pet smart and would have given it a 5 star review if they had not added this new technology thing. So now where the fish are, if there's nobody sitting there to help, if you need fish, you literally have to pull out your phone and use a QR reader to request a person to help you get fish. It is ridiculous. So how would this help if a person comes in and They want fish but their phone is dead? Then what? So I thought about that, and then I went and asked somebody to get me some help. And she literally came and stood in from the sign pointed to it and said, you have to scan this and then request help. So the whole time i was thinking wait dont u work here and you're telling me that you can't just radio with that little thing you have on to have somebody to come get me fish or actually go find somebody to come help me? It is getting a little ridiculous when it comes to customer service.

I was not too happy with the customer service and grooming of my furry baby. I went in and asked a question and was given an attitude and when I picked up my furry baby, she was not groomed well.
Many other times I have not had problems but maybe because it was the 24th some staff may not wanted to work that day. Definitely not an excuse to have an attitude and take it on customers and our loving pets. If this happens again I will take it to the corporate office.

An uncomfortable place to pick up crickets quickly. My girlfriend and I were attempting to get crickets, but as soon as we walked into the building, two employees promptly left, one wearing a white shirt and another wearing a blue shirt leaving one store member on a busy wednesday evening time.
It took so long to procure the crickets that I felt it necessary to go to my car, but I noticed the checkout process did take a very long time, too.
Staffing issues prevent this from being a good place to pick up crickets.

Had to return some items and the employee seemed new, management step in and walked employee thru the process, quickly. Always get stuff for my pups here!

Store #2445 has serious issues with customer service, especially with its management. When I brought up a price discrepancy, I dealt with Bernie, who claimed to be the manager. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. She responded to my concern with, "It is what it is, and we apologize." I explained that her apology wasn't sufficient—I should be charged the price displayed for the dog food, regardless of whether it was the company’s error. Mistakes happen, but the staff should take ownership and honor the price as marked. Instead, Bernie refused to take responsibility or resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, they held up the line while other customers waited and witnessed how unprofessionally both Bernie and Angela were acting. It was clear that neither of them cared about the situation or the customers. I hope corporate management contacts me about this mistake, as this is not how a store should treat its customers.
