These guys were super, I needed funding ASAP and they came through …I tried to use Penfed and even though I had a credit score of 840 and a down payment of $400k on a $590k home, they were terrible my loan was denied and the loan officer went out of town so I couldn’t even talk to him…Pilgrim came through on short notice and got me funded

Not sure if Andrew, one of their loan officers, was having a bad day or what, but my 30-second phone call was plenty to discover he had no interest in caring about me as a customer. Will not use and would not recommend.

As first-time homebuyers, we engaged Pilgrim Mortgage to process our loan for the purchase of our new home. We were pleased to find that the process was the least stressful, thanks to the thorough explanation of every step and the importance of the required documents. The team led by Wes Kleckley provided excellent communication and service throughout the process, which we found to be amazing.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home mortgage. Kaelan was very helpful and answered all the questions we had in a timely manner. Also, their phone app made the pre-approval process very smooth.

I can't say enough about the Pilgrim Mortgage team! Miles and the rest of the team worked hard to meet our close date and made it happen. I also LOVED using the Pilgrim app it made it so easy to sign documents and stay up to date with where we are in the process. Great local company with competitive rates as well as really helpful and friendly staff. Austin was my loan officer, he was very helpful, informative, and friendly. Austin was really transparent and was quick to communicate. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
