This is not a very fun place. A lot of the games are broken, the bowling lanes got stuck 4 times with no refund. Ruin the birthday party we were having. You’d think that since the place is brand new everything would work buyer beware

Very disappointed! The games are the worst I’ve ever experienced! Several of these brand new games took our money and didn’t even work. The ones that did work lasted for a second and for all the money you spend in there it is impossible to win anything or enjoy a game that is really just taking your money. It was such a ripoff. I will spread the word which is very easy to do today

Drinks/timing wasn’t great especially considering the bar area wasn’t necessarily busy. Also heard the manager who was trying to tend bar call an employee a moron over something about chamoy. ?a manager. Not cool

Love coming here to bowl then move to the arcade to get a new high score at Jurassic Park, but the service is HORRIBLE. Every time we’ve come to bowl it takes an extremely long time for wait staff to come by, longer to get a drink, and food is delivered near the end of the bowling hour so it’s almost pointless to order. At our first visit I ordered the guac which tasted sour and old, let them know nicely, and was still charged even though it was not even touched. Had the buffalo dip at another visit and it was decent but it took way too long, and on my 3rd visit had the cheese sticks which tasted freezer burnt.
Again, love the bowling and will continue to return for that, just won’t come hungry and will likely sneak a water bottle in due to how long service takes.

I was left disappointed with my visit. Everything was very chaotic. May have been short staffed. Not a fan of the design of the place. I will come back in a month or so and see if it's gotten better

Yesterday night, my husband and I decided to swing by Pinstack at The Rim after work, just in time for their half-price appetizers and $3 drafts—talk about perfect timing. We grabbed a couple of beers and dove into some loaded fries and bacon-wrapped jalapeños. The food was on point and service was excellent. The bartender, a friendly older gentleman, really made the experience, and I appreciate that every bartender and manager here dresses and looks their best. The level of professionalism really sets this place apart from other family entertainment centers in town. If you're looking for a chill spot with great food and awesome service, this place is a winner.
We actually checked out the place the day before and played a few games. One of the games, Fast and Furious, went down on us. We spoke to a staff member at the prize section, and she directed us to the bowling center representatives to refund our credits. The service was fast and friendly—no hassle at all.
There were a few games that seemed to be down, but I noticed that there were techs at each one, working on getting them back up and running. It was reassuring to see that they were on top of it, making sure everything was in good shape.

It was so much fun! I had a great time! But I really wanted to give a big shout out to an employee named Luca. Sha was EXCEPTIONAL! It is not easy to deal with a crown and with overly excited kids… she was so nice, helpful and kind!!! She blew me away!!! “She was nice, she was collected, she was demure”
Great job Luca!

I was thrilled to see a new bowling alley opening up close to me here in San Antonio. Lately the bowling alleys I’ve been to have been resorting to wired bowling where the pin is on a wire, and it does not create for an authentic bowling experience because the pins do not fall the way they’re supposed to fall. I was beyond thrilled to find out that pin stacks Does not have wired pins. That alone they will be getting my business for time to come. I love to bowl and I went there the first time and only ordered one of their gigantic milkshakes. It was during a busy time, but it took 25 minutes for this milkshake to come out and we had only paid for 30 minutes of bowling so we just sat there afterwards eating the milkshake. I thought maybe it was just one off because they did just open and they were trying to work the kinks out so I went back to bowl two weeks later and ordered onion rings and that two took almost 25 minutes to come out and it was not busy at all because it was 11 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday. other than waiting for the food to come out I’d say this place is pretty decent. Their food has been good with what I’ve ordered. I think $10 for this gigantic milkshake with all the Fixins’s is fantastic. I love that they don’t have wired pins on bowling and that, you pay per hour for the lane and not per person. They also run specials from 10 AM to noon Sunday through Friday. We bowling is only $10 an hour and I highly recommend it. They do have a restaurant there. I haven’t sat down and eaten there, but I have gone on Tuesdays where they have half-price games, they have a VIP club that you could be a part of and earn points. It’s only $10 one time fee or it might be yearly fee. I’m not sure but I think it’s well worth it. Every time you go, you scan your receipt and you get points they run specials for the VIP members all the time and you always get discounted games. I haven’t done the ropes course, laser tag, or bumper cars but they do seem like fun. I enjoy their games that they have there in the bathrooms were pretty clean. I’ll be going back there for sure.

Nice facility like Main Event. I took my two grandkids for bowling. Liked early bird special, I think that's what they called it. $10/hr per lane from 10 am to noon. Shoes were $4.50 rental. We even got the VIP lane so that the kids can have the Angry Bird experience.
Ok, here is some feedback.
1) You can NOT bring outside food or drink, which I understand since they are also food and drink establishment. BUT, you can NOT bring in even a refillable water bottle! They have vending machines selling water bottles. I think this is ridiculous.
2) The bowling lanes were nice but still have issues - had to change lanes because the system didn't work, partial pins knocked down, but the system read it as a strike, balls kept getting stuck. More system kinks need to be worked out.
3) slow service....had to wait for a while several times to get help. Literally had to go out to find someone. Felt like we wasted more of our one hour lane time waiting for service than playing.
Overall, Pinstack could be a good experience but needs to work out opening kinks.

Alyssa did not tend to our tables at all. She came for 3 minutes in the beginning, then never returned. Wyatt had to take over, and shoutout him because he was actually taking our orders.
Drinks took literally forever 15+ minutes for 2 beers. Fun bowling, but not fun service.

I went on the 10th, and it was so much fun!!! They had lots of bowling games to choose from and the music was awesome. I ordered the quesadilla and it was super good. The managers and bartenders were such sweethearts too and were quick to resolve any issues.
The only thing i noticed was that the bathroom was not the cleanest but definitely overall great experience!! Will come back!

This was disappointing visit.
1 bowling lane got stuck multiple times. Game time was refunded.
2.- Bad service not sure if it is because their short staff or not well managed. It took them over 20 min to serve me a beer.
3.- Multiple videos games were malfunctioning.
4.- No supervising staff for kids climbing the wall. Multiple kids were left without any supervision from a staff member.
Overalls overpriced, under staff and faulty video games.

Made us wait for 40 min for bowling , which it’s fine it was busy . But it took us about 7 min to get to the front desk once we had received the callback message. While we were waiting to get helped at the desk it took us about 3 more minutes , when it was our turned they told us we had taken too long. You make us wait for 40 min but can give us 10 min of curtesy? But Aaron who helped us told me that they were 2 lanes that were going to be freed in 5 min. So we decided to wait (15 min passed by and nothing) , however I decided to wait close by to avoid the last situation . I overheard the people at the front desk said the same thing to other groups , so that’s when I knew I wasn’t gonna get a lane anytime soon and they weren’t straight about it .
So we left .
