Ordered a New Yorker got home and pizza was cold. I ordered at 6:09 got there at 6:15 and was told but would be a free min. Hands me a pizza luke warm not hot. Got home had what appeared to be a large pizza instead of a New Yorker. I called and they asked me to bring it back which I did. Got the 2nd pizza and I had paid additional money for added topping and I could actually count the mushrooms on the pizza. Def not worth paying additional for the toppings. Never had an issue before.

slow noone was at the front waited 43 minutes for our pizza when ur app said 28 then when we got it everything looked like someone had dropped it or flung it toppings were everywhere my dogs loved it we didnt eat that

I love this place. The staff is Super Nice and they are very respectful and They have an Amazing General Manager name Kevin is very nice and he respects his staff and The employees are always in a good mood. The service is great and the pizza is very good and they are very quick on getting orders out to you. The delivery is also amazing. Plenty of parking. They take care of thier customers. Thankyou Pizza Hut on Thousand Oaks In San Antonio Texas. Big shout out to Kevin the General Manager And his Crew.

Pizza toppings were incorrect. Food was cold. Delivery was much later than expected. I tipped because I felt bad. ? I tried calling the store 4 times and it just rang and rang. Kids were hungry so they ate what we got but I’m just not happy.Hopefully a manager sees this.

Good selection of "deals" at a good price. Friendly employees greet you upon entering the business. Food was hot and ready for pickup.

I guess we expect too much from national chain restaurants!! For this Pizza Hut, the boneless wings were disgusting!!! Tasted like they came from the frozen food section at Walmart. The pizza wasn’t cut. I had to tear the pizza apart. Just rediculous!!

Delivered to the wrong address. It was no contact, so I had to hike down the street. Gratefully, it was dark there, guess my neighbor did not even notice. Other than that, the food was as expected. But this has to be stated.Taking a cue from competitor Domino's, they also have a once 6.99 now 7.99 per item 2 + menu. The Pizza Melts are actually a very good deal, provided they are prepared the same way every time. The toppings are very generous as compared to the medium one topping pizza, the same price point on this Meal Lover's $7.99 menu. You get more than one topping and even spreading it out across a medium pizza, there are way more toppings in this sandwich form, which is a nice crisp treat. Their stuffed crust is always made well. Wings were as expected.Could have been 3 to 4 stars, but obviously getting the food delivered accurately is a tad important.

I ordered the $7 deal where you must order at least 2 items. I ordered 2 pizzas. One pan and a hand tossed shown in the picture. The pizza arrived cold and tasted like lard. I’ve never had a pizza from this location taste this horrible. Being that I work at night I called the following morning to try reordering a fresh pizza. I was told by the manager there was nothing he could do to correct the order. I had to call the night crew that made the order. I told him there was no way for me to have done that and confirmed there was nothing he could do. He said no. I told him thank you I’d call customer service. His answer was “that’s fine” and hung up. So not only did I pay almost $30 for nasty pizza I had to speak with a manager with a nasty disposition. At this point I’m pursuing a total refund and I won’t order from this location anymore.

Pizza Hut no longer has delivery drivers - they are using Door Dash. Your order will sit at the store getting cold until a Dasher accepts your order, drives to pick it up, then drives it to you. All the while you're still getting charged the delivery fee from Pizza Hut. This has happened twice to me already at this location in the past month. Seems management cannot keep drivers is what I was told by employee when I called the store. The Pizza Tracker said my Pizza was ready for 27 minutes before being sent out for delivery. That's ridiculous.Second time in a month delivery took almost an hour. Yesterday it was an hour and seven minutes. The food arrived cold and rubbery. Didn't eat the cinnamon sticks - they were cold and hard. Wanted to try the new melts - they arrived cold and soggy. After an hour of waiting I called the store and got a rude reply from the gentleman that answered - basically told me just to wait for my food and quit crying. It was over an hour at this point. I ordered at 7:48p and called at 8:55p.I learned that this location is using Door Dash as delivery drivers. Bad combination when you want hot Pizza. You have to wait longer for delivery with Door Dash.In the area I would recommend Papa John's down the road or Rami's Pizza. They deliver with reasonable times and have great product.

No one can help you. I made order thru pizza hut call center with my card. For thousand oaks location for delivery as I have no vehicle. My order is lost my card has already been charged and deducted from my account. Manager hung up on me. I spoke to 5 call center employees there is no manager or supervisor to help you. They transfer me back to store and the store has no way of searching for my order. All I can do is wait for Monday to contact my bank to get my money back... no one can help me not store manager and no one at pizza hut call center Never mind that was my dinner because I have no vehicle and now no money that was last $30 till Monday. No one cares its not their problem...
