This bank really bad customer service my girlfriend is disabled and not feeling well was here to cash a check at the drive thru they made her come inside to do fingerprint stamp even that she was disabled so we had to Waite till she could walk even asked them please can you come do this at her car they said no had to Waite till she could walk to cash few days as here and vunsempathitic

The bank tellers in the drive thru at this bank are as rude as can be. Horrible customer service. Will give you attitude and roll theirs eyes at you every time. Someone needs to tell these people to straighten up their act. We are giving you our money. I guess we will take our money somewhere else. To the girl who said “the number on the back of the check is wrong” you know the exact tone you said it in.
