Came in earlier and purchased a case, which turned out to be the wrong size. Came back and they offered an exchange. Attempted to get a refund as the price was not the same but they refused to offer such an exchange. Poor inventory choices too

You walk in and will immediately notice the disgusting atmosphere and poorly kept inventory.Next, you will have the displeasure of speaking with two disgustingly rude and clueless employees that they failed to answer the question: "which battery lasts longer?" Without stammering 5 times.Next, when you go to make a purchase, you'll notice something odd about the pricing. You'll notice that the in store prices are 3x higher than Amazon or other local stores.Asking for a receipt doesn't matter. Even if the employees tell you "We will let you exchange items as long as you have your receipt." Its a lie.Do yourself a favor.Avoid this place at all costs.

The worst place ever, they sold me 64 dollar case before to put it in my phone, and that case belong to other kind of phone diferent that mine, and they did not gave me the money back , this hapened inside the store, i never went out, make sure when you buy something in this store they only want your money they dont care about costumers , i gave them one star because thre is not way to gave them cero star

Adrianna at Planet Wireless at the mall in San Antonio was the most professional and kindest customer service agent. She professionally worked to help me with my iphone that was not booting up. I love this store! Everyone there is so nice and respectful and are willing to push hard to make their sales, they have such cute cases and their very protective, as well as the portable chargers they carry. Liza is such a sweet and funny person I’m very thankful she helped me out on my shopping trip!

Complete tourist trap pricing. Trying to sell absolute Chinese no name junk for 2-3x higher than market price. A backup battery pack for $70 and generic iPhone charging cable for $20? And the battery pack failed after 1 hour of use. AVOID.
