Unfortunately today I received some of the worst customer service while ever dealing with a platos closet location. I was literally told my items would be ready in 30 minutes because I was early and eventually got a text saying they could not make a offer but if i wanted to donate text. I tried calling but the number online goes straight to voicemail because they dont want to deal with the phones. So I get there and the girls tell me the reasons they could not make a offer was because there are kids clothes inside the bag?..... I literally put 3 or 4 kids peices of clothes out of 100 items and they looked at the top of the bag and decided to be pure sorry and lazy and not even attempt to go through them. Poor customer service. I go to 151 location and say hey there might be 2 or 3 peices of clothes and they said your last bag had 2 or 3 but we just toss them to the pile you take back no problem. 151 location yall are awesome but this bandera and helotes location left a sour taste all because out of 100 items in the bag the girls working today decided to be pure lazy over 2 or 3 clothes on top of the bag. Literally did not even go through them because they were all still folded as I brought them. Stay away from helotes bandera location the customer service or work ethic between today's crew is just pure sorry. Would not recommend

Don’t shop here. They have no problem placing items in the wrong place and then not accepting the item for a return. Bought a pair of shoes that were in the men’s section labeled 7.5, bought them for our son, and got home to realize they were a women’s 5.5. Took them back and they refused to complete a return but said I could TRY sell them back. Won’t ever be returning

The teen girls working here have no concept of prioritizing. If there is a long line you should stop sorting when you have 3 sorting and only one on register. I've been waiting for nearly 15mins and there's still two in front of me.

I went here to sell some of my clothes that were in great condition, never worn and barely got anything. They only took 7 items out of around 25 and I only got 15 dollars for all 7 items, mind you these were good quality brands(Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren,etc:)and I paid good money for those clothes and shoes. When I read up on Plato’s closet, it said they would pay 30-40% of what they sold it for and there is just no way they are selling these items for 6-8 bucks.
