Moved across country and used pods, as I've used them before. Quality of service has dropped significantly. Worked through pods to schedule movers. I was guaranteed delivery between a certain time and paid an extra fee to ensure the delivery time. Delivery was four hours late and I had to reschedule movers. Was not reimbursed fee for guaranteed delivery time, and pods charged cancellation fee for movers even though this was absolutely their fault, and I had to reschedule them. Customer service was rude and unhelpful each time I spoke to them. The actual delivery and pick up drivers were fantastic, and super helpful. Will use other service in the future and will recommend to the use of other service as well to others.

Convenient/Flexible service, originally stored them in Tampa but then needed to transfer them to San Antonio. Was done quickly, flexible on time delivery scheduling and negotiated a congested new construction neighborhood during delivery.

The drop off driver on October 27th at my mom's apartment was amazing! He was a kind, professional and very helpful African American man, and since it was our first time using PODS, I needed someone with impeccable customer service and he delivered! Overall great experience~

1st time using PODs and am totally impressed. Our Major move from AZ to TX, PODs was the perfect solution. The 16' POD size being 8' tall was ideal as was was months use however we chose to use the time. Alex F. delivered the POD to us today 10/21/2025 and was a pro.

Terrible look for another company. Several of our pieces of furniture were damaged. Our refrigerator was only a year old. After the move it had several dents, scratches and chips. Their insurance people told us too bad so sad things shift and because we didn’t use their packers nothing was going to be covered under the insurance. So don’t purchase that either. So disappointed .:(

Communications: 5, Sent confirmatory texts at all stages of the move. Operations: 5, operators completed tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Task planning: 5, videos and planning strategies were invaluable. I could pack the pod at my leisure. Costs: 5, numerous discounts offered and cost much less than a moving company that didn’t do any packing, inconsistencies with documenting items and storing your items in a warehouse until shipped, extra insurance suggested with a nominal fee. A special recommendation to the pods moving driver, Alex F. who answered all my last minute questions and assistance.
