its was alot of cars in drive thru but the line was moving at a great speed. the lady on drive thru was very polite and definitely helped us with all our needs. she offered the new wings that we didnt even know about. will definitely come back to this store.

We noticed a change immediately. This is the fastest the drive thru has ever went. We where greeted by this little lady in the drive thru . Service was great. We received our food at a great time frame. Food was delicious and very fresh. Will recommend everyone to go to this location

Management is absolutely gotta do something with this location immediately. The drive through lady in a on her personal call while trying to talk to me, no wonder it took so long waiting in drive thru, asked her for some napkins and she said they r out of them. next when I got home ? got totally wrong order. Called the store and Mr. Manager said I’ll replace it whenever you bring the food back tomorrow or next week with whatever you bring back, but I don’t want the same wrong items, he didn’t get the point. And it’s not first time at this location just bad food and service. Waste of money for me.

In January I was shortchanged by the employee at the drive through and vowed never to go again but I was next door and could smell the chicken and ran in for a bite. It was a tad greasy n soaked on the underside of the SHEECKEN arteries are clogged now but it was extremely DELICIOSOThat's it n that's allOhHad a coupon ?Parking: Plethora of spots

This location was the final straw, and made me decide that I will never do business with Popeyes at any location again.Everything is wrong with this place and its leadership.We had a drive thru order for 2 adults and 2 children, I was asked to pull around to the front and it would be “right out”They also had no soda products available. All of them were “out” but what I actually think is they just didn’t feel like it was important to refill any of them. Not a huge deal we got sweet tea. Sweet tea was unsweetened tea with a half a cup of sugar just poured in (not even stirred).Food took 30 minutes (again only 2 adults and 2 kids meals) there were 6 other vehicles waiting on their orders as well.Get food home and missing 2 of the sides and all sauces. Chicken was essentially fried bones and almost no actual meat to them.Customer service would not refund in store, must contact the district manager. I have called and left messages every day for 4 days and not a single call back or response.I am working with my bank to dispute the charge and I will never go back to any Popeyes.Also while I was waiting I ran inside to get proper sweet tea and the interior was disgusting, and none of the workers aside from the one taking orders even spoke English. They both fumbled around to find her in order to find out what I needed.All trash cans were overflowing, the drink area was wet and sticky and obviously hadn’t been touched in hours. Maybe all day. The floor near the stand was sticky as well.

Horrible. Dried up chicken the extra side of Mac n cheese was a half order. No straws no napkins no condiments. Super don’t care about anyone attitudes horrible all the way around. Close the place it would be better to not exist

Every time I come here they never have dark chicken or something else there’s always an issue when you order and the wait time even though there’s no cars it’s always a long time this place needs to get better management or employees cause this place sucks

I will not ever be back. Service was horrible. The workers that I encountered were acting as if they did not want to be there. Ordered my food and was extremely disappointed. They got my order wrong. Waited patiently outside since the other door was unusable and they had other customers they were tending to in drive through. A guy came out finally with someone else's order and was trying to give me someone else's food. I said that is not mine I believe it's the guy right there in drive through and that i am missing part of my order instead of taking my information he turned around and was walking away. Had to go back into the place of business and while I was standing outside there was a gentleman that came out of the place saying that is one scary place when he went to go get his order. The food was dry as if they cooked it all in bulk, so they don't have to cook it when its ordered. Everything is dry. I know for certain they would want fresh food if they ordered it. You are going to lose customers and close down. The chicken has a funny taste to it like it could be bad hopefully no one gets sick from it. The whole part of drive through is not entering the place of business that was not the case. The food that was left out in my order they were making fresh so they ran out and filled my order and hoped i would drive off and not know. Do better! and also, I never received my receipt. The lady just handed my card back and said drive by the trash can and we will bring out your food. I should have read the reviews from others before coming here. If you can't give proper service, you should not be open. I wasted my money.

Place is okay. They often have attitudes and frequently forget to put things I purchased in the bag. Otherwise the food still taste the same.

I was doing a DoorDash pickup at this Popeyes location and 4 people were just standing around not working with 1 guy up front taking a million years to prepare a single order. After the order already being 10 mins late (and there were NO customers), I had to ask again when my pickup order would be ready and he finally actually asked someone and reported back 5-6 more minutes. I won’t be visiting this place again.

We waited over 40 minutes for our order. The heavy set Hispanic manager working the drive-thru made several rude comments about the amount of food we ordered. She shouldn’t be managing with an attitude like that.The bathroom was out of service, and the main doors to the restaurant wouldn’t open. I will never come to this location again. Terrible customer service.

What is happening here? This place used to be decent/good. But today was the worst experience I have had at ANY fast food place ever. First, they were taking orders and filling them like one person at a time as if they couldn’t handle more so the wait was crazy. They did not even take our order until the person in front of us left the drive through. Second, the menu was broken and when we pulled up to the window, it was plywood. Third, the drinks they gave us had NO ICE. Not ice that had melted. Absolutely no ice was put in. Also, my Husband’s drink was incorrect. Fourth, we ordered two spicy five piece tender meals. Well, I thought we were only given one meal when they handed us the food, but no, they had just put all ten tenders and fries and biscuits in one tray and stuff it into a bag. Fifth, the tenders were half spicy and half not spicy even though we ordered all spicy. The spicy tenders were terrible like they were made the evening before. Seemed they just didn’t want to have us wait for more spicy tenders so they just gave us not spicy for the other five?Anyways, this was a nightmare. Do NOT come here. Literally go ANYWHERE else!
