Great price and Great service !! Fast and friendly . I called the night before and they had my windshield delivered the next morning. I came into the office waited a few minute since Ken was in the phone with another customer. I gave him my name and he knew my make model and year. The tech came up and picked up my car and within no time I had my car back and looking great.

From the customer service in the office to the installation, technician, very friendly and professional, and this business has the lowest prices of anybody in San Antonio, including Pick-N-Pull, which sells used Windshield. I highly recommend this business.

I love this place! Always my first choice for auto glass. Been using Discount Auto Glass for years. Helpful and friendly, fast and professional. Top quality at a great price too. They always do a great job on my windshields and I've never had an issue. (I drive a lot and have had several cracked windshields.) Referred them to many friends, relatives, and co-workers and everyone is always very happy with them. Do yourself a favor and call Tanya at Discount Auto Glass. You'll be glad you did!

I think this place seems a little sketchy at first but it it actually really nice and they take care of you super quick.They charged me a relatively decent price. I looked around several places in town and this one stood out to me the most considering their reasonable prices. They told us it should only take an hour and it only took 45 minutes for them to give us a call and tell us our car was ready to be picked up. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged me almost $20 for paying with my credit card. I understand why they do this, but I just wish I would've known before arriving and being informed that I could've paid less if I had cash.

Wow. Great service. Windsheild was replaced right at my house and the guy was cool. Price $$$. . He was done in less then 20minutes . Happy dude here my f-150 looks good again.

Took my vehicle in at 3pm and they had me drive my vehicle to the back gave my keys to the workers I thought it was going to take a while so I walked down the street to get food real quick and was back within 30 minutes and my car was finished and parked upfront. Super fast service and I payed way less than I was quoted from other places. If you want to save time and money goto this spot. I'm glad my dad told me about it I almost got burned at another place that wanted to over charge me. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

DON'T GO HERE!! If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The price I paid for my replacement windshield was fair, the shop came recommended so I decided to take my car in to get the windshield fixed. Its a small mom and pop business, so I called first and spoke to a man, I'm assuming is the owner. He told me on Saturday they're open from 8-5 and I could bring my car by whenever and have it ready the same day. I took it to the shop, which is located in an unsafe neighborhood. They required I pay for the work up front, in a hurry to be paid. The same guy gave me a receipt scribbled with some prices and that was it, he didn't bother to take down my phone number or any other contact information. I came back at 4pm on Saturday to get my car, all the lights in the office were off, doors were locked, and the no one would answer the phone numbers they provide on their website. The weird part was, my car was parked out front as if it was ready to be picked up but I had no way to access the keys. The sign posted on the front door stated the hours of operation, said that they close at three on Saturday not five like I was told originally. I found it very odd that my car was sitting out front as it was ready to be picked up but there was no one there to help me. I drove all the way across town to get my spare key and come back thinking that maybe they left it for me to take home since the hours posted stated they were closed on Sundays. When I got back to the shop with my spare key, my car was locked up in the backside of the shop, I was without a car the entire weekend, which is how I work. I wasn't able to do my job and when I let the owner know this on Monday when I picked up my car, he shrugged his shoulders, he clearly didn't care. I continued to try calling over the weekend with no luck, On Monday I call again, and finally spoke to the same guy who helped me on Saturday. I went by the shop to pick up my vehicle, I asked him what happened on Saturday and he let me know that he went to the gun show but he had left my keys inside the vehicle so I could've just taken it. My jaw dropped and I couldn't believe he was serious, my car was open and free to whomever wanted it. That's totally unacceptable in my opinion, it's my personal property left unattended while the owner went to a gun show! So unprofessional and the customer service is horrible. They don't have an answering machine so I couldn't leave a message, no email address to let them know I'm standing outside their shop waiting to pick up the car I've ALREADY PAID FOR. Do not use this shop unless you can sit there and wait for the work to be completed. Even then, I wouldn't recommend it. Very shady and poorly run, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I waited 1.5 hours paid 130 they put in the wrong glass, come back 2 days later they said they would order the right glass, pay 40$ more wait another hour and again sorry we have the wrong window. They did not give me a refund because they broke my glass while replacing. They said find the window we will refund you your money and put it in for you. Came back after I found the window with my receipt and they would not do it. They said they didn't right anything on the receipt so I could be lying. Spent 500 and have their window that won't go down because it's the wrong window and the manufacturer window in my garage until I come up with more money to have someone change it. This business is terrible and dishonest. I pray how they did me affects their buisness
