In store pickup is a ripoff to get you in the store. You order and shows in stock at store and you pay online, but item is not in stock at store. They just want you in the store to buy something else.

This is a great store if you’re looking for nice things without breaking the bank. They have a little bit of everything. If you like to decorate then you should definitely check here 1st. Their seasonal products are always changing and are a level up from some of the other places around.

I recently visited pOpshelf to pick up a birthday gift for my friend and was planning on making a separate trip to H-E-B for a card and balloons. To my delight, I discovered that pOpshelf was a one-stop shop for everything I needed! I was able to get the gift, balloons, gift bag, and card all in one place.
I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Whitney, and an employee named Sam, who went above and beyond in helping me with the balloons. The ones I initially chose weren’t inflating correctly, but they kept trying every trick to get them to work. When it turned out the balloons were a dud, they let me pick out different ones, which ended up being even prettier and matched my color theme perfectly. They even blew up extra balloons for me since we had so many issues.
Thanks to Whitney and Sam, I got everything I needed in one trip, saving me time and hassle. I’m so grateful for their exceptional customer service and dedication to making sure I left happy. I highly recommend pOpshelf for all your party needs!

Please give Ollie and Whitney a raise! They both went above and beyond assisting me with what's been a stressful few weeks of party planning. They helped me match my decorations and balloons and really were just overall so nice. 5 stars for great customer service.

It's a great store for a person getting main stays for a person getting their first apartment and needing thing has a little bit if everything and usually a good sized seasonal/holiday section staff are always willing to help and always friendly

Cute store, but the bath towels I purchased have shed all over my clothes when I washed and dried them, causing HEAVY lint and residue. I bought gray towels, in case that is helpful to anyone.

Excellent store, very clean, well organized, and helpful and friendly staff. Angie is awesome, she is the store manager and very kind and helpful. Angie is a gem to this location and in customer service, I will be back to this specific location because of her.

I am so amazed on what I find at pop shelf. I fell in love with this store as soon as I walked in. The staff are friendly, the store itself is very clean and tidy. There are so many varieties of items in this store, that I love to see and find. I will be coming back soon. This is my new favorite store.
