Me and my boyfriend usually stop by the First Watch right next door for breakfast. We were on our way to run some errands, which included dropping off a package to USPS, when we spotted the Postal Annex banner advertising they shipped with USPS. We decided to stop by out of convenience. I didn’t get his name, but the employee immediately greeted us with a bright and cheery attitude. He was able to confirm he’d be able to help us, and within two minutes, the job was done! His customer service was top notch! This place also has some cute items and stickers! I ended up leaving with a tote bag and a “my flabbers have been gasted” sticker with a silly cat on it. We will be coming here for any future packages needing to be shipped out. Such a short, but wonderful experience! :)

The annex by HeB is so much better than the UPS store.
Owner is so friendly and helpful.
As a small business owner, I ship frequently and the prices are great but the service is exceptional. I get all of my documents notarized easily and there is hardly ever a line. So glad I found this place!

Exceptional customer service, especially from the owner. He went above and beyond to pack and ship a difficult and fragile set of packages for me and everything arrived in perfect condition. This is the only place I'll ship packages from because the quality and service are exceptional. They always find the best rate, and I love that they can compare USPS, UPS, and FEDEX prices/shipping times. The gift shop is so cute if you want to add some local flavor to your gifts or pick something up for yourself. I hate going to the regular post office, but I love the opportunity to ship packages from this shop. I've been a customer for years and I'll never use any place else.
