Not enough sales associates. Stood around for 20 minutes and no one even approached me. I had an item I wanted but had couple of questions. Poorest service I’ve ever experienced in over 20 years of shopping at Pottery Barn!

I ordered something online and returned it in store here. I wasn’t told that I wouldn’t receive a refund for shipping costs, I realized after leaving the store and it wasn’t credited back to me. I called twice and spoke with the woman who processed my return and she told me that because nothing was wrong with it I wouldn’t get my money back for shipping. However there was a flaw and I tried to explain that to a manager and she was very unhelpful, and told me she was standing right there when I said nothing was wrong with it. I didn’t realize this was going to cost me 90$ in shipping fees.. had I known I would have just kept it! It was a small flaw but nonetheless it contributed to me wanting to take it back. Very unhappy

We just went by the store. 8:25. The girl actually locked the door with us almost opening it, turned around like we didn’t exist. I can’t count on the $10,000 + I’ve spent at that store and was looking to spend $750 tonight.

Horrible service here! Don't recommend shopping here. The employees just look at you and not greet you or ask you if you need any help.

The employees are so rude at this store. Nobody greets you or even acknowledges you. They sit behind the design desk basking in their self importance.

So excited to shop for my first house. All these white people couldnt be more racist. Well dressed women with tattoos, but wants to help the white boy in flinstones shirt. After asking for an item i waited 10+ minutes, while other white customers walked in were greeted and attended to. Ill go back to Amazon. I had 10k in my wallet to spend, thanks but no thanks.

I love this location! All the employees are very helpful and kind. Sergio even carried my online order out to my car. I can’t say enough good things about him!

It's not my normal place to shop but I'm going to have to give it five stars because I heard a lady say "this canvas is sooooo nice!" and she really really meant it. How can you argue with things like that? Thank you Pottery Barn for making that lady's day with that super nice canvas!

Spent $15000 on furniture. Paid for flat rate white glove delivery. Then they decided to charge an additional fee for overseas shipping. The product was an in stock item. Pottery Barn refused to drop this additional fee. Beware of all the extra fees they charge. Poor customer service!!

I love this Pottery Barn store! Everyone there is great and so helpful and friendly. Roslyn and Jason have helped so much with all my questions on items and are always so patient and knowledgeable. Whenever I'm in the area I always make it a point to stop in and shop.
