After being quoted outrageous prices after a crazy diagnostic fee I was told I needed a whole new a/c kit for my vehicle. I was recommended to reach out to Rocky from Precision 10 Auto Care. From the first phone call we had he was outstanding. He was straightforward and honest with everything, every step of the way. He understood how excessive a lot of these other companies can be and is compassionate and is willing to work with you. He took my vehicle first thing in the morning, diagnosed it, gave me my options, and had everything done by the end of the day. The professionalism, honesty, and integrity is bar none. That being said he's my go to guy for everything and anything automotive. I'm definitely recommending everyone and anyone to him. Precision 10 Auto Care is like no other and the place to take your vehicle. He does it all!

I can’t say enough good things about Precision 10 Auto Care. The prices were really reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding. They finished the job quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Plus, the 3-year warranty is a huge bonus—it gives me real peace of mind. Definitely recommend them!

Rocky Garza is the worst person in have ever done business with. He took 20k in repair money from State Farm and did not fix my truck. He actually made it worse. He had my truck for 8 months, and every week it was a different excuse as to why it wasn't ready. He was very friendly in the beginning, but quickly started with the excuses after he got his money. He is a scammer and I would not recommend him to anyone!!! I pray that no one else has to go through what I did with him and his "shop". And now I'm stuck with a truck in cannot drive. He has done this to many people before me and please, I implore you to not give him your business. Ask him about the white truck that he "fixed" and he may tell you a different story because he is a scumbag. Look at the picture I posted of it. It had frame damage and he tried to fix it by pulling it, but it broke so he tried to weld it back together and now it's not driveable. He was given 10k to buy a new frame for it, but he literally cut corners and made my truck worse than when I dropped it off at his "shop". I have text messages to prove everything I have said. He never ordered all the parts I needed but instead took the money and ran. So please beware of Rocky Garza and his shady business practices.He also does business under Garco Automotive. You can see the other stellar reviews from the way he does business by doing a Google search for Garco Automotive Rocky Garza. But I honestly don't know how he has any good reviews. I wouldn't trust him with any vehicles anymore.

I do not recommend this Auto place. Rocky had my vehicle for almost 2 1/2 months. Supposedly did $3,000 worth of work on it and it’s still not fixed. When you call to talk; he doesn’t answer instead he text messages. Then he says the vehicle will be ready a certain day then prolongs it for another two weeks. Bad customer service. I will not recommend anyone to go there. Why offer a warranty if you’re not even able to use it - bogusServices: Tires

I’ve used Precision10 Auto since they opened and have always provided too service. I was traveling out of town and needed a repair to be done while I was gone. Rocky went above and beyond to get vehicle picked up and returned to my home repaired. This helped a lot considering my wife had to return from our trip early while I stayed working. #LifeSavor. Took my car in for repairs after I was in my first motor vehicle accident. Rocky was very professional, and let me know what to expect upfront. He was flexible and able to facilitate a convenient car drop off and pick up. Rocky did a phenomenal job at keeping me in the loop on the status and next steps. I hate all the back and forth with insurance, so it was nice not having to deal with that. My repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time, and the whole process was seamless. I live in Austin, but the drive is worth the five star service! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable mechanic/shop.

Rocky was wonderful! I had mostly diagnosed the issue my vehicle was having. Rocky was knowledgeable gave me upfront (very reasonable) pricing and delivered excellent service, and quality work. I am always very weary of mechanics but I had no reservations or bad feelings while working with Rocky. He is top notch, and I wont hesitate to return to him in the future if/when needed.
