My truck was hit by a 18 wheeler and I had worked with Classic Collision many years ago on another car.
They estimated 2 weeks in the shop, which was hard because it’s my work truck but I wanted it done right.
I received an update that my truck would be done 5 days early, they did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s refreshing to have a business beat the time deadline, communication along the way and do exactly what was needed.
George was my service writer and Jose was the tech. I would 100% trust my next issue to this company and its staff. They did an amazing job! Thank you!

Terrible experience ,
They kept my car for 5 days for such small job that only took 5 hours , how do I know that , I check the report and it was 5 labor hours total , but keep it for 5 days and to have the car not even done right , .it's very frustrating,..
My car had a gap in the door panel that no one was able to see , except me when I pick up my car and check my vehicle before taking it home , plus they left trash inside my car , including a cup full of water ,.dirty people , very unprofessional,.the inconveniences to have to go back , it's frustrating , plus
I accidentally left my earphones in a case with the plug and it was gone!!! Untrustworthy.
If you ever visit these place , make sure you take all your valuables with you , and don't expect your car to be ready soon or done correctly !!

Beware: Not a good experience this time around. After repairs were made I was sent a text message that they were going to Repossess my car after I picked it up and they had been working alongside Progressive Insurance which did not send them enough money to cover the repairs. Both the repair shop and Progressive insurance are clearly trying to cheat the customer with parts being ordered on Amazon. Not sure if Mario works at this shop or Progressive because of all the lying going on. Management from this shop may need additional customer service training because they surely are behind the scenes and aware of what is going on.

My car left this place worst than what it came in as. I needed some simple repairs on my bumper and this is how they left it. VERY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this place especially if you’re a woman because they think they can get over on you. I’m literally in tears right now looking at my car. I spent my last $250 on this and they have the nerve to leave my car like this. If i could leave 0 stars i would!!!

The worst place to have your car fixed. They never repaired my car correctly causing more damage to my bumper and when I brought it back to them they told me to file a new insurance claim which would have raised my rates. I then tried to pay out of pocket and they added a bunch of parts that didn’t need to be repaired. I went to maaco and they got the job done and done right for half the price. They lost my business!

I called and was placed on hold for an hour then someone picked up and hung up. I called right back and the phone rang until they hung up again. When I called back a third time I received a message that they were closed and to call back during business hours. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
