Just took step 3 both days at this center this past weekend. The center was open and functioning. The staff were very nice and friendly from start to end. The AC is working but its not cold. The rooms run a bit warm temperature wise. I had no delays in my tests and the computers worked without problems. The center has a water dispenser in case you run out of water. Hope it helps anyone taking a big exam soon!

Cancelled exam with no prior notice! Tried to call the next business day and no one answered and the voicemail is full.

I took one exam here with no issues, other than the room was freezing cold. Now it's time for my next exam, scheduled days in advance. I show up, and the building is CLOSED due to AC with a number to call and reschedule. That is extremely unprofessional to still schedule exams knowing the building is closed and not send a cancel message before people drive an hour to get to the exam. Now I have to camp out on their website to try and get a slot within a reasonable time frame. Very frustrating because I have a limited time window to get these exams done. Avoid this place!

This center cancelled my step 1 exam less than 48 hours before the exam. They already cancelled exams for the 3 previous days before mine so I know 3 other people who were effected as well. Now I have to travel to Lubbock to take my exam a day later, it was free to reschedule but now I have extra charges from the travel and needing a hotel room. If you can swing it, I would recommend considering taking your exam at a different prometric site.

I cannot begin to explain the frustration of showing up for a test and the building being closed. I didn’t receive a single email or call stating the building was closed. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism and lack of respect for my time.

there's this creepy little guy that works there and he makes you feel so uncomfortable.

I'm glad this center was operating well even during global technology outage. My call was answered promptly the day prior to the exam, when I was trying to confirm they would open. All went smooth. The testing lab was very quiet, definitely no noise from the adjacent stores.

Staff was great and quick.
2 stars because the actual testing room was incredibly loud!!! Dollar store adjacent made so much noise and this was palpable and audible through out the room.
Also, a roach landed on top of my cubicle and ran across to the other cubicle. Not what you want to happen during a career defining exam....

I wish there was less than one to rate this prometric test center.
I was supposed to do test there and they cancel it because they were having an issue with there AC system and they provided me with totally falsified information just to disclose people from the center and till now am begging to get my exam rescheduled and when I called them back about the information they provided me and it wasn't right they said it was our manager talk.
And am here and I dare any one from that center reply my talk.
I can provide all meticulous details about that.
I really don't advise anyone to take a test at a center with people don't know their job.

I took my USLME Step 3 today and seven hours into the exam I was told that the facility was going to be closed because the staff members left during the day and the facility no longer had enough people to monitor test takers.
It turns out the air conditioning for the facility had been broken for the past three days, never been fixed, and ignored until staff members literally left the building because the heat was that intolerable. You can of course imagine how we felt while trying to take these career-defining exams.
Not only have I wasted money coming from out of town to take the exam, paying for a hotel to stay the night before, and taking time out of my busy residency schedule to take this 9 hour exam, but now I have to do the entire process over. At the very least, don't waste everyone's time by letting us spend 7+ hours taking the exam before cancelling everything.
If you value your time, money, and sanity avoid taking any important exams at this location.

Great testing center. Staff were very helpful and managed not to add to the stress. The noise cancelling headphones were pretty uncomfortable but I didn’t need them since they have nice cubicles that block a lot of noise. The bathroom is nothing to write home about but it’s fine. The only thing I really wanted was a water fountain or just a water cooler with some cups. Will probably come here again

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The provided noise cancelling headphones work pretty well but they’re tight fitting. Also, the hours shown on google aren’t accurate so just follow your assigned exam time. Overall everything went smoothly and it’s not a bad place to take your test! Good luck!

Took my USMLE Step 1 here and had a great experience. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful. Checking in is quick, bring your ID and scheduling permit. They will give you marker, sheet to write on, and locker key. The room was quiet and you are given noise canceling headphones in your cubicle. There are lockers outside to keep your belongings and food for your breaks. Easy parking.
