Notice all of the good reviews...they talk about how nice some of the tellers are. I don't need nice. I need efficiency and knowledgeable. Absolutely the worst bank I've used in my 53 years of banking. Opening a business account was a pain. Now I've spent countless hours simply trying to get my online banking access. After spending hours waiting on the phone, I was finally told that I had to go to a physical branch. This has literally cost me over a thousand dollars in labor. I strongly suggest everyone do their banking at Frost Bank.

Brianna is horrible customer service. Most rudest teller I have ever met. Refused to get me a manager. Hung up on me twice. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. The customer service is beyond horrible.

I go to 5 other banks and i never get the great service there as i get here.All the staff goes out of their way to please you. They are fast ,courteous ,kind,and knowledgeable. Ive wked at the biggest bank in texas and New York for over 18 yrs and let me say to anyoneI SHOULD HAVE BEEN WKING FOR THEM.By the way i don't have accounts with any of those but this is my goto bank.The name says it allLive long and ? enjoyProsperity

Prosperity Bank Customer Service needs to get with the program and have a call back option. I was on hold for an hour just to have a minute conversation and be told no.

George Zuniga the manager and Martha Perez the teller are always so kind, helpful, and courteous. I have accounts and loans at several banks, but prefer doing most of my banking at Prosperity, because of this dynamic duo and their excellent customer service. I have been a small business owner since 2003, for 17-years. It’s important to know you have a banker that is there to work with you and not against you. :)

Used drive through banking & wasn't sure if there was even an employee working the window due to the ridiculous amount of time it took for the deposit. Maybe if she would have greeted me I could have at least known I wasn't being forgotten

A certain teller looks drunk most of the times. Wish Lisa, Dalia and shelia were still there. They were always helpful. These new tellers don’t know anything. Martha is always helpful, slow, but very helpful. Maria is the only one that knows what she’s doing on the floor.

Be banking with this location for 2yrs The staff has been super nice every time I have been there An they are excellent with kids ?
