Great start-up process. I initially started my contract online, without checking how much space I needed for storage. I went into the office and got with Susan about my needs and she totally understood the assignment. Susan took a few minutes to apply my initial payment to the new payment and explained every detail to me. Just resigned some paperwork and I'm the proud renter of a larger unit.

Had an incredibly pleasant conversation with a manager named Jesse/Holly today. I had some issues with the pricing of my unit and they reached out to me personally and made things right. That is very rare practice this day and age, and I respect that and will continue to do business with Public Storage, thank you Jesse/Holly

Peitra was incredibly professional, considerate, and helpful in walking me through the process of completing a storage rental . . . I'd also would like to recognize Carina from the 909 Runnels location, who was my first contact with Public Storage personnel, for assisting me in finding storage units that economically fulfilled my storage requirements. . . . These folks were of great assistance in helping me solve my storage needs. They should both be considered for promotions and a raise. Thank you very much for the service Public Storage is offering.
