I just wanted to leave a comment on the outstanding customer service I received from Susan, I have been looking for a storage unit and I will definitely be coming here because of how well I got all my questions answered, and not to mention she was very kind and inviting, amazing employee, a real asset to the company

YEAH. HAHAHA THEY HAVE BIG 10X20 FT UNITS WITH A DOOR THE SIZE OF A HOUSE BATHROOM. DOOR WASNT EVEN WIDE ENOUGH TO GET THE MOVING DOLLY THROUGH. WHAT A JOKE.

Had a great experience at the zarzamora location I lost my wallet with everything in it cash cards identification and a wonderful lady that works there Deanna found it and returned it thank you Deanna and public storage

If anyone is looking to rent a storage I recommend you go to the zarzamora location because the manager there (Deanna)is very professional and accommodating I went there and she made the whole process and experience of renting a storage easy on the customer over all great service.
