Access is an easy process but the climate controlled units are still warm on the inside. May not be as hot as the ones outside but I still expected them and the building to be cooler. Also the location is in a tight spot.

First off, let's be super clear the property manager she is never here never on site never anything this is a horrible facility. The only person that helped me out is the Hispanic Mexican guy. There's no things that you can utilize. It's 1000° upstairs ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous The hours of operation she is never here.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although the manager was friendly they do not offer moving carts here so if you have to move your stuff inside or upstairs bring your own carts or be prepared to tote it all in by hand. While there several police officers showed up to take reports for break ins.
