I had such a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Barbara and Mary-Ann. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to make everything smooth and stress-free, and their friendly attitude made me feel welcomed right away. Mary Ann what the best very nice lady help me get more boxes when I forgot my card but had my information on my phone of my card didn't have to alway back to get my wallet she said I got you we will both see if it works... Best customer service skills she had me laughing... Even help me with some stuff I didn't want she told me I'll take care of it don't worry.. and she did I give her 10/10 on everything... Storage place was good had no problems with loading everything and unloading everything perfectly fit all my stuff that I had was a easy move out of I ever need a storage again I know what storage to go to..
