I made my reservation on their web page, they call me and push me to make the payment, when I get there my storage unit door were to narrow so I cancel the unit at that moment and they never return my money back.

I had a great experience with Public Storage. Denise helped me — she was kind, professional, and showed me to my unit. The property is clean and well-maintained. I completed everything through the app, and it worked perfectly. I brought my own lock, and they were able to refund me for the one they provided, which I appreciated. I got a great rate and instant access to my new unit. I love the app — it opens and closes the gate seamlessly, which makes everything so convenient. Same-day service was a huge plus!

I was assisted by a wonderful staff named Barbara. Thank you Barbara from aiding me and my movers and getting in and out of your storage unit. Barbara was very attentive she was there to make sure everything was taken care of and while I was there I observed terminix man making sure that everyone who had a storage unit there items were secure from pestilence. Thank you Barbara and thank you public storage for taking care of me and the crew with me. If I could give them a rating of more than five I would give Barbara a rating of 10.

told you several times about light inside my unit working and it was never fixed. Yet you charged me the same amount for the years I was there. You wouldn't let us use the dumpsters there. You doubled my price in months and it was the same for years. Temperature was not in storage when I paid for climate control. Unit was broken in during daylight and you did not refund us for anything even the locks! Hours of access are not reasonable. Doors to inside units always unlocked so security obviously at risk. Unit Infested with rodents and cockroaches.

Very convenient storage facility in the Hollywood Park area. The staff is very helpful and has been accommodating in working to locate additional units in the same building as our initial space(s). Great customer service at all levels on management!
