I’ve had this storage now for about 6 months now and it’s been a perfect solution for me. Mya is the most helpful and professional employee and has made my experience here no doubt the best. This facility is kept very clean, safe and easily accessible. Thanks!!

DO NOT rent from this storage facility. They have employees from the inside stealing all over the property. I have been a customer for five years, and just recently had my storage broken into with many items stolen. It is very evident this is internal. I never post reviews but felt this was necessary for others.

Been sitting outside for 30 mins and no one in office while business hours are happening. I even booked an appointment. This is not a good way to start off services.

Do not trust your items here!! The have bait and switch pricing, they will avoid any help and the are not responsive forcing you to spend hours trying to get help from corporate. To get through to a operator you will need to call from a different number then request sales and then have them transfer you to customer service. They will redirect you to the local manger which will put you on the same endless nightmare. This place is being run by people you don't care. If they don't care about doing right business they will certainly not care about your items. As of today there have reports of theft and multiple break ins. I agree if they don[[t trap you by monthly pricing increases they will just disappear. Apparently the cameras don't seem to work or or unable to provide criminal activity documentation. BEWARE!! I thought they were nice to, it is just a mask!!!

Stolen items! During a recent visit to my unit, I noticed that items had been stolen out of my unit and I'm pretty sure this was an inside job. When I notified the attendant she didn't seem to care our have any sense of urgency about looking into the matter, just casually referred me to the insurance company.

Morgana was fantastic! Call center rep I initially spoke with was horrible but Morgana went above and beyond, made us feel comfortable. She was very patient and took her time explaining everything, answering all our questions, showing us several units, etc

Paid full month rent but never used the space nor broke the seal. The unit location was not going to work for us with our physical issues as it was too far from the closest entrance. I asked for some sort of refund 6 days after rent started but they refused to refund any of my payment. They cancelled my account, freed up the unit for someone else to rent, and kept my full months rent payment to include insurance.

Made an appointment online to see the units, was called by someone to confirm apt, and then was sent 3 reminder emails for said apt. Showed up 30 minutes early for the apt and waited 45 minutes, with the door being locked and no one there despite being within business hours. They lost my business and have no customer service, so I would recommend renting a unit from a competitor as public storage seems to not want to have new clients.

This place is a scam. After just 5 months of renting, they jacked up my rent by 40%—with zero justification. What’s next, a 60% hike by the end of the year? Don’t be fooled by the glowing 5-star reviews at the top—scroll down and you'll see the truth: multiple complaints about break-ins, poor security, and management doing nothing about it. I'm moving my stuff out before they break into mine too. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.
