You want to experience the best customer service, cleanest property and perfect location, then this Public Storage is the one you’re searching for. The stars aligned today and we were fortunate to meet Adriana. She assisted us with every single detail we needed to know and took us on a tour to find just the perfect unit. Her attitude and general concern for us was outstanding. We hands down selected this property because of her excellent customer care! I highly recommend this property for anyone interested and looking for a safe place to secure your goods. A+++ (Oh and I wasn’t paid to share this, I’m generally so impressed!) ??❤️

Stopped by today to look at storage units and Keri was so helpful, I'll definitely rent from here. The facilities here are really nice, very new and clean, lots of security, reasonable prices. Thank you Keri for the tour!

I came in at about an hour before the end of Adrianna’s shift looking for a space to hold me and my children’s things. Very stressful week for me but she was so nice, toured me around the facility. & I love her customer service , 5 Stars from me !!!

Adriana was great easy check in and information was great. Nacogdoches location I was sent was sketchy and gate broken not safe. Thousand Oaks is a thousand times better.

Adrianna helped me get my payment situation sorted since I was paying cash as many other locations stopped accepting cash. She also helped me pay my rent ahead of time so it would be taken care of. Super awesome lady and was a life saver as I was rushing around trying to pay my balance.
