I am a tenant at Housman location. I rented an additional unit for business and we couldn’t utilize the unit because our equipment would not fit in the elevator. The manager at Housman was rude and didn’t care to hear me out. She vacated my unit and then told me I still had to pay the bill even though we couldn’t move into the unit. After asking to speak with a manager above her I received a call from Kyle who is the district manager. He was extremely professional very understanding and he made arrangements to have Kris contact me to help me with my storage needs. Kris was very prompt in calling me. She was extremely professional very polite and extremely helpful. Her and Kyle’s customer service are top notch. They are great examples of the type of people public storage needs to represent their business. I was right in the middle of writing a horrible review about public storage but it wouldn’t be fair to judge them based on the performance of one employee. Hopefully they address that because the Housman public storage location is a beautiful top notch location. Thank you Kris and Kyle ! I won’t be moving any time soon ! ?

From day 1 when I met Donna, an assistant weekend manager at this location, I felt an instant camaraderie. She is friendly, super helpful and is the epitome of what customer service stands for.
I ran into Donna today with a smile on her face, as always, as she was cleaning hallways and empty storage units, clearly demonstrating that she is a team player who can wear many hats. Not everyone is willing to do that anymore nor are they naturally approachable, genuinely attentive and sincerely care about their customers but Donna sure does!
Case in point: I had a little mishap moving things around in my unit and broke a glass bottle. Donna quickly came to the rescue to clean up “my mess”. Thank you Donna!

Moved out before the end of July and I'm being charged for August. They just closed out the account yesterday when I've called them to close it before August.
