My storage was broken into twice!!!!! The staff do not contact you unless you miss a payment I filed two claims with the insurance and they are the most incompetent people I have ever came across in my life. There is not communication what so ever unless you miss a payment then when you file a claim it take forever for them to even contact you. My storage was broken in June 2024 and August2024 and I have only spoken to someone in September2024 I would advise not rent from these people at all save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I recently rented a space at the Public Storage located at 1062 NE Loop 410. Mary Ann and Ivie were extremely helpful with this process. Mary Ann was very helpful with the entire process and has been there to answer follow up questions. Her kindness and understanding with everything made for a wonderful experience. I hope her supervisor knows what a great customer service representative Public Storage has. I will highly recommend Mary Ann to anyone interested in renting from this location. Sadly I was informed Ivie is no longer there. Ivie was so nice too. Thank you Mary Ann for a truly wonderful experience.

It was quick and easy to rent my space. The price was very reasonable and the security is superb. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jacob was amazing. He helped with the doors, answered all of my questions, was very polite and friendly, I would absolutely recommend this storage facility.

Ivie was very helpful with correcting a few issues I had after securing another storage room in this facility. After a little patience with gaining access to the multiple floors where my units are located, we figured it out and everything was smooth sailing after that. I would recommend using this storage for your storing needs.
