Watch your bill closely. They will raise your rent and claim they notified you - they don't. I get a million texts/emails if my rent is a day late, but no correspondence to me know they're raising my rent +$60.
Their elevator is also broken half the time along with 1 of their 2 access doors, so you have to enter the building on the opposite side of your unit and walk the length to access it.

Nichole, the attendant, was very friendly and helpful. She helped me set up my account online. She showed me exactly where my unit was. They have Climate controlled units. You also need codes to enter the property, and again to enter the building. They provide you with a lock and keys. I’m very satisfied with my choice and would recommend Public Storage.

I have used this facility several times. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff has always been great in the past. However, my last stay here was for a little over 6 months and was a disaster. In that time I lost half of my belongings. There was an ac leak in a neighboring unit that I was never informed about. The water went into my unit soaking and molding everything touching the floor for many months. If I had just been informed I could have saved many thousands of dollars worth of furniture and sentimental belongings.
