Roland was a life saver! Been tring to find special fasteners,all over and was about to give up.Walked in door and from time I entered was treated like a high priority as all other customers and was on my way with exactly what I had been hurting for, saving a very important mission we are handling.Will definitely be my first goto from now on.Great friendly service well stocked floor room see several visits to come.Highly recommend you make them your first choice.

After considering selling my Car for a few hours into a power steering pump replacement. these guys were the light at the end of the tunnel.. they hooked me up with a bolt for my power steering pump, was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thanks guys keep up the solid work.

Called our order in @ 1pm got to the store @255pm still waiting for the order it is now 345 pm, 3 walk ins have walked in and got there orders in less than 15 minutes

Years ago, it was quite often that I would drop in and buy from their old location of course, but now this looks really organized and more new. But the customer service and the knowledge is still the same.. Glad to say I am working with these gentleman once again as I may need some parts and I know that they will have them and stock.

Very good service. I broke a motor mount bolt on my car and I brought in my original one and they were able to match it up and get me a replacement and the extractor I needed to get the broken bolt out. ? Thanks again for all your help.

Slow should be part of their name. Every time I come with my man we are here 30 minutes or more for something simple. Get a sense of urgency.

I called in my order at theI H 10 Location they said I could pick it up at the Weidner Rd location. I got the order number and said I was going there in 30 minutes. I got to weidner rd and Lloyd waited on me. After finding the order number he told me to wait about 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I asked if the order was ready yet. He said no again. 5 minutes later I asked the other guy and he went got my order I paid and he took it out to my car.I guess Lloyd was waiting on help.

Incredible customer service! Very polite, efficient, problem solvers. I had purchased a disassemble bunkbed that did not include any hardware. Noe took the time to look at my project and design a solution for complete assembly. He boxed up all my hardware needs and sent me out the door at a GREAT price! The bunkbed is standing strong :).
