Went in around 10 minutes before my appointment, registered at the computer in the waiting room, went outside to my truck and not even 2 minutes went by that my phone texted me to go inside, and have a seat and don't have to mess with registration again, I will be called, after waiting 15 minutes and noticing people coming in and being called minutes later, I asked a person there that I have been here waiting, and other people were being called that came in after me, she asked me my name, and I gave it, she said Oh, I called you and there was no answer! BULL! I have the text message to prove it! LABCORP from now on!

This is a complaint about a driver I encountered on the highway Friday evening, 31st January 10:45 pm. IH 10 east in Houston Texas. Female driver was texting numerous times. Not safe what so ever. This is an on going thing with drivers. She made me very nervous. I stayed away from her, thinking she might hit someone. Very unprofessional. Company vehicle # 84520.

I am writing to formally report an incident involving one of your drivers on January 23, 2025, at approximately 6:00 PM on N WW White Rd in San Antonio, TX. The driver was operating the vehicle in a reckless and dangerous manner, nearly causing an accident. Specifically, the driver was repeatedly stopping their car on purpose, driving well over the speed limit despite the vehicle indicating it was GPS speed-monitored, and verbally aggravating me during the encounter. Drivers representing your company should be held to the highest safety and professional standards.
Please check into this because this behavior is unacceptable. Reckless driving like this puts everyone at risk, specially me who’s 32 weeks pregnant and with a 6 year old in the car. Thank you

Judy at Quest has excellent phlebotomy skills and is a people person. I am a former cancer patient so I have very small veins and am a very hard stick. So I always ask for her. This time there was another person there and when I told her that I preferred Judy, and explained my reasons why, she told me that she was experienced and could get me so I let her try, well she missed the vein completely and it was painful when she moved the needle around. She then told me that she was going to have to try again, I did not let her, I asked that Judy draw my blood instead. Well of course Judy was successful. I wish that when patients asked for a certain phlebotomist and the employee was there that they would honor their request, that is my only concern. Thank you .

Judy is the worst person ever!
She stopped drawing my daughters blood half way when she already had 1 tube done , just because she cant stand kids cry .
She said ughh i cant do this you need to go somewhere else.
Such a horrible experience!
By the way my daughter is 1 yr old! What does she expect? Such a mean rude attitude from the beginning.
Please dont ever go here she smells too

I waited 17 minutes in a lobby with some older women that didn't know how to work the check in machine. No one came out to help them. 17 minutes later Carla came out with an attitude. She had to check me in twice because she doesn't know how to use her own checkin kiosk. Judy Pena is 5⭐. She made me feel at ease and was extremely professional.

You can't physically speak to anyone until someone comes out so you don't know how this works. You have to wait like you are getting tested with no warning. Went to pick up test after doc visit and you have to make an appointment to get the test or wait like you are getting tested. Why can't they communicate to doctors you can't just go pick up it's appointments mostly. Ridiculous n they are rude about

I like I can schedule an appointment online, and do check-in via my phone as I park. I was a little early, and was still seen as soon as I walked in. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Both phlebotomists were very helpful and were also expedient. I did not have to wait long. When I had a question they were very thorough in their response.

I'm a hard patient to get blood, because I have small veins, but they have no problem getting blood quickly.
