9 days waiting for a blood test that I was monitoring online (opening an online account was a pain in itself). Had to finally call in and go through 1000 questions until the very nice lady finally emailed them to me. After I panicked when she asked for a fax number in order to be able to send them. When I received the email, I had to yet open another account with Quest in order to be able to access the secure message. WAAAAY complicated and zero automated. Not a good experience at all, get your systems in order !

This office was supposed to be open at 8am. I arrived at 9am and they were not open. I tried calling and there is no way to talk to a human for assistance. I went to another location and received terrible service.

Quick and easy covid testing site I don't know what this reviews are talking about. You follow the signs go to the office call the number they have there and theyre out 2 minutes later to test you and be done with it. A lot of the old reviewers sound like Karen's which its expected since we are in stone oak.

according to previous reviews you are not taking patients at this location and 2 years later you are still advertising this location as open to patients , you really need to update you site to reflect the most up to date information to assist your customers better. Thank you

Save your time and gas money from driving to multiple locations. The location on Sonterra is closed. When you call ahead there is only an automated system that goes to VM to say sorry we don’t have a customer representative to answer the phones. Go to Methodist hospital. Park in the front and go to the quest there. Walk through the “hospital office” doors.

Hours posted, came during their hours and no one would open door. What a waste of gas driving out here.

Hours are clearly posted yet no one opened door or answered phone at 3 pm on a Friday. I rang the bell and knocked and waited for 10 minutes. Maybe this is a corporate office but they chose not to let us know?

I got there close to their lunch hour and they squeezed me in. Super friendly.
