Extreme gratitude for the staff at the Hardy Oak location. To remain calm during a blood draw on a screaming 5 year old is a highly commendable experience. My daughter was freaking out but these ladies were gentle, patient, and actually fun. My daughter instantly calmed when the needle went in without pain. “That’s it?” She said and we all laughed. I’m so incredibly grateful for them.

Staff is always professional and friendly. They greet me by my name and always remember my name. They always try to accommodate my request to use a wrap instead of tape. I wish Quest made the wrap bandage more readily available, it helps prevent bleeding and bruising on my arms.

They notified me of a redraw because one tube had clotted early despite proper handling and had to be repeated. There was a way to bypass the line at check in and we only had to wait a few minutes. This draw went well and results were prompt. I usually go to Quest for lab work and will continue to do so as long as they keep up their end of the deal.

Great experience…as lab work goes! I didn’t make an appointment, so as a “walk-in” I was concerned I might be waiting all morning, but I was wrong. Easy checkin, short wait (5-10 min), friendly staff, and got it done with one quick jab! I was in and out in about 15 min! Good job, Quest! 👏🏼
