Your phlebotomist was excellent! Literally the easiest blood draw I've ever had. I'm always extremely anxious and completely terrified by having my drawn (due to many bad experiences). Your employee had mad skills, and excellent people relations. THANK YOU FOR HIRING HER... I wish I had gotten her name.

They are so efficient and the staff is so friendly. The one I choose to go to is one of the smaller sites and I love how convenient it is for me. And they really know what they are doing because I tend to be a hard draw yet they always manage to get what they need in a way that doesnt hurt.

From a functional and operational perspective, the location delivers. However, each time I go there, the staff is rather aloof, clinical, and robotic. I get it; this must be a rather boring and low wage job with no apparent incentives to excel or at least express a warmness to clients. Hell, I’m mildly surprised no tip options appear during the checkin or payment stages (seems it’s everywhere now). But I suppose the experience won’t be all that different when Elon’s robots eventually replace the staff.

I was fortunate enough to have Gloria draw my blood. The last time I was there she was my Phlebomist and is was painless and quick.
I'd like to also add that she went out of her way to research an additional Dr's orders for the same day. Gloria made it easy for everyone and she deserves recognition. I'm grateful for her attitude and cheerful manner.

The location is right off the expressway. In the same park lot to H‑E‑B. Friendly staff. Valerie has a great personality. She took my lab work. She took the time to explain what was ordered. My blood draw was painless! I got my results the next day. I’m thankful.

The phlebotomist, Heidi, is not only nice but has the best bedside manners. She’s also very good at her job. I never feel the needle when she draws blood nor do I ever bruise! I wish you would hire people like her.

They completely ignore walk ins. There is a sign that says walk ins not guaranteed but the point is transparency in expectations. Didn't even tell me if it were possible for me to be scheduled on that day or how many people were ahead of me so I wasted my time under the impression a time slot would become available. Eventually got service so it wasn't all bad.

i like how quick the process was, but quest are so digital i suppose they don't have staff to call and verify coverage and the customers oop expenses prior to the visit. the technician sat me down, took my doctors orders, keyed everything in and before taking blood asked me for my credit card, with a quick and murky explanation on what i would actually be responsible for. ridiculous. some expectations should be set BEFORE THE CUSTOMER IS SITTING IN THE CHAIR ABOUT TO GET BLOOD DRAWN. i didn't even have the credit card i would typically use. very unprofessional.

Tech said a name (not my name but she claimed she said my name) once and they just took me off the list. Once I asked about it they were very rude and aggressive. I had to put myself in the list and wait again. I was there for about 1:20 minutes or so. Last time I visited they posted my weight at 275 which ended up messing with my information with my employer. I'm nowhere near 275. If you have to visit this location make sure you ask what name they are trying to call else they will skip you. Good luck.

This place is so boring right now, I've been waiting for a long time. Not like before. Taking blood takes about 5-7 minutes but waiting takes several hours.
