I was 15 min late for my schedule appointment due to an accident. There is no phone number to talk to a person. When I arrived I tried to check in and got a message from Kiosk that I was late and therefore had to reschedule for another time. I played around with the screen for awhile and finally saw a place to be put on a wait list. I sat in the waiting room for about 30-40 mins but was wondering if I was even on a list. I eventually saw my name on the screen. Would be very helpful to make it more user friendly or have a person/receptionist.

This location is conveniently located for me. I always get excellent service and the wait time is minimal. Scheduling is easy online, and I feel comfortable with the staff.

There were only a couple of people there. I checked in with the text that Quest sent as my daughter was parking, I walked in then sat down, I was called in in minutes, the young lady that drew my blood did a great job, very little pain, very polite & sweet. Gave a urine specimen & I was on my way out the door. Great service!

Excellent service & caring staff. Karina was truly helpful despite my stressful situation with my lab orders not being in the system & made my visit pleasant although I will have to return. Thank you for the kindness & caring you showed me!

The Phlebotomist was fantastic. The appointment procedure was terrible. Customer service was literally non existent. No exageration. as in drawn blinds and an Ipad on a stand that one needs to realize is there and figure out on your own. there is NO ONE not one person to help at any point or with any part of the system or to resolve issues. The wait time was an 1.25 hours. if you take the option to leave and come back you have to know to go back in the ipad and get your name in line for another 10 min wait. Quest has horrible hours as well. This location closes at 4 so there is no ability to pop in after work. hitting it before work is not an option without taking time off because of the over an hour wait times. If I go in at 8 right when they open, I MIGHT make it to work by 10. The wait is longer than a lunch break. The staff has been trained to placate and not acre about the wait times. Quest is one of the highest billing cost labs. For this cost they should have more service. a 2 min blood draw should not tie up half a day.

Very poor customer service. Placed an order for a test. Sample taken and sent to lab, lab said sample not good. Made another appointment and these guys saying they cannot use the old order even though it’s their fault for not taking the sample correctly

Best quest experience ever. Booked an appointment online. Didn’t even have time to open my book before I got called back. Valerie was an awesome tech. Highly accurate single stick and a joy to be around (even before coffee). Actually left with a smile on my face.

The *actual* experience of my daughters blood draw was great and the phlebotomist was excellent.My issue is with Quest as a whole, not this specific location.We made an appt and my daughter was fasting. Noon was the earliest appt they had. On the way in however, we got a flat. I immediately tried to call to let them know but the number does not ever give you the option of a live person. So we were 20 min late.We arrived and checked in at the kiosk and was told bc we were over 10 min late we had to reschedule to 1:40 that day. My daughter was immediately in tears bc she was so hungry and there was not the option of a live person IN THE CHECK IN PROCESS to explain we’d had a flat to see if we could be worked in sooner. ? Such an absolutely horrible way to set up a system ESPECIALLY when you claim to offer walk in service.I will definitely ask for my dr to send us to another lab from now on. The ONLY reason for 1 star is for the phlebotomist ❤️

Extremely frustrating. I called but could never get to a live person. Instead they have this automated phone service that does not work and has some person with the worst voice to literally bark the instructions and options at you.
