Look at the history of reviews here or anywhere else on the internet for that matter, this Quest Diagnostics specifically has a running issue with not treating patients with care. You have the right to choose a different facility! If you any issues here, corporate office won't do anything allegedly. Therefore; file your complaints with the State of Texas/HHSC, The Attorney General, and the news teams if you expect a proper investigation to be completed.

People with such low patience should not be working there. It is very disgusting and dehumanizing what they put a Mother and her screaming baby through. Disgusting place keep your children safe from here.

I love the registration online. It is so easy to set up an appointment. There is literally no wait time when you schedule an appointment. The staff is very friendly.

This location is completely lacking HUMAN interaction when there is an issue with a work order. Completely unacceptable with no human interaction. There's been an issue with a work order from the Dr's office. NO HUMAN can be reached at this location and their customer service and corporate is completely clueless. I get told I'll send them an email to this office and have them get in touch with your Dr's office. Was informed give it 1 - 3 business days. I stated, i'll give it until Wednesday and no answer I will go to the office and get someone on the phone to speak with the Dr office to get this issue corrected

Parents take your kids somewhere else! This place discriminates against fellow single parents especially if you have more than one child to get blood work for. They expect you to leave your very small children unsupervised with a new rule they created where only one child and one parent can go back leaving other minor children unattended. Scary! ? Would they do that to their own minor children highly doubt it!

thank you so much to vanessa she was so nice and the stick didn’t hurt at all! ever since passing out once while getting my blood drawn (not at this location) i’ve been really scared but she made me feel so comfortable and heard :)
