I consider myself a very understanding and reasonable person. I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt when a situation arises. This is the 3rd time I have experienced an issue at this Dealership. This time it was Bad communication, I received a missed call after I dropped my truck off, no voice mail was left. I called back 3 times throughout the day to get the status or see if my vehicle needed any additional work. No one called me back, even after I left messages or asked to be called back. I finally show up to the dealership before 5:30 , the time I was told their service department closed by the technician and everyone was gone and they close at 5. I use Red McCombs Toyota and have used them for almost 15 years and have never had an issue with them. This is the 3rd time I have used Red McCombs Ford and every single time I have gone I have had a minor issue. Strike 3 Red McCombs Ford.

Worst quick lane service I have gone thru. Don't recommend this place I needed to get 2 flat tires replaced had to leave the car since sat and Monday it took all day to replace my tires. Communication is horrible .Bad bad service!!!!!

Given wrong information by 3 different people about maintenance contract. Took time off to to schedule service once there the service person there said that information was wrong and couldn't help us. So I denied service to his solution however for whatever reason employees still in my car without accepting service. Manager said that's normal practice and anybody who drives there car up they will inspect it and go in your car without authorization. Shady people

4.2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Nice staff and horrible service times. This was a scheduled appointment, not a walk-in. Would not recommend service, maintenance, or sales.

I took my new Ford 150 Supercrew in for its first 5000 mile service and it was very pleasant. I was greeted and the clerks at checkout answered all my account questions. It did not take long at all. Serious waste of time. I knew I was in for it with a walk-in but after the initial wait to get up on the hydraulics, the service guys took an hour to change oil and another forty minutes to rotate tires, a job that could have taken ten if they weren't constantly stopping and walking around shooting the breeze. I knew what I was getting into with the dealership but this was beyond stupid. They know we can see them, right?!?

If I can leave a -1 star I would, came in to get an oil change for my 2022 f-250 with 15k on it and when I walked out to my truck “ready” it had literally a quart of oil leaking because the lube tech didn’t install an oil filter so my undercarriage of the truck is all filled with oil then tells me to leave it another day to wash the undercarriage and the engine bay they washed the body of the truck and didn’t touch the undercarriage or the engine bay and I still have oil drips leaking from under my truck
