Serviced in a reasonable time if you get there early (first come first serve). I always like them for their “works” package.

1st Time Here. WOW ?Reason for Visiting this place was my Inspection Sticker. Usually these places are Dirty with the Air Fragrance of OIL? not this place! This place is called Quick Lane on Nacogdoches Rd. and it was Beautiful and Clean❤️ The fine technicians here did excellent work and what most Wow me they protect your car from dirt and OIL❤️❤️ There waiting room looked like the lobby of of a fine Hotel. They had water, they had coffee they even had a nice TV ❤️I will definitely be coming back over and over again ?

Always great service. Found out if you have a Ford and collect points you can go there.I did not know they were owned by Ford but $20 cheaper than going to the dealership.

I just needed help loosening up the tire bolts on my car to change it myself. They helped me no charge! I had called a different shop and they wanted to charge just for that.!! I appreciate the guys here and the receptionist who said they would do that for me! Thank you guys!

The fat white dude working on 12/7/2023 evening shift was very unprofessional and rude. After asking for my information he asked me to take a seat while they replace a bad tire. He never showed me what’s available or pricing. He just assumed that they could charge me any amount and take however long they wanted and I’d sit there and not ask questions. When I asked what brand of tires they had and the prices he got irritated by that and pretended to be typing for 10 minutes while I stood there waiting. I then asked how long it would take and he said 3 hours because they didn’t carry my tire there. Also, they close in an hour. When I said that I would need it sooner because we were stranded, he replied, have a nice day and asked me to leave.
