I had such a bad experience the other day visiting this particular Quiktrip #4007. I went to grab a hot latte and all the taps were spoiled. When I was trying the coffee I threw away a cup or two and called an employee over to explain that there’s something off with the coffee it seemed expired or the milk was spoiled. The employee tried the coffee and couldn’t taste the difference since he never tried it and told me that it should be ok. I told him I was just bringing it to his attention and will grab an energy drink instead. While I was walking to the coolers one of the security guards was starting me down shaking his head aggressively and when I asked him why are you shaking your head at me he scolded me and told me why did I have to throw away the cups that I was wasting cups and I should’ve used the same one. The employee came over and I explained what the security guard told me and he for some reason didn’t explain the situation or defend that fact that I was just trying to help them out and bring this to there attention. I told the employee which I found out later speaking to Corporate that he was actually the manager which was even more disappointing. He decided to not de-escalate or help the situation and defended the security guard. I asked the guard to give me his first name and he told me read my vest what you can’t read. He told me it wasn’t his policy to give me his first name and was even more rude. He told me he was a private security and laughed. I ended up grabbing a complaint form to speak to Corporate and will proceed with this matter. I even dropped the matter and bought an energy drink and was followed and harassed by the guard on my way out. The security guards name is L. Fulgencio and if you see him be careful because he’s on a major power trip for such a small and older dude.

The security guard made me feel like I was doing something wrong when there's plenty other suspicious people. Followed my route through the store as If I was stealing or hiding something. Not cool "brotha" not cool!! Maybe because the way I'm dressed but being pregnant I have to wear loose fitting clothes. As a black man I'd think he'd be against biased profiling. It's a good thing you didn't become a real police officer

Brain C. Is by far the best employee I’ve ever met, at nearly any organization. He is always very welcoming and efficient. If he is not already in a position of management will be soon or should be at least because he keeps that quote and in order. My husband and I specifically seek out the location on San Pedro near I 35 because Brian C. works there and we know that it is safe. Thank you Brian C.!

I am an EMT. I can in during a long shift to buy 20 dollars worth of drinks for my partner and I. I asked for a plastic bag and they told me they didn’t have any. Which is fine. I suggested using the plastic bags clearly visible in the back.
The manager gave me a mean look and said “I lose money on those. Those are only for food”
“I told him well aren’t you are making money on all these drinks I’m buying” he told me “this is the last time”
I don’t understand why it was such a big deal to use a 5cent bag to make sure I don’t drop my drinks on the way out which a service they normally provide. I felt like I was being a huge bother and almost asked for a refund for all my stuff. So he could have the bag back.
Customer service is priceless cause people will come back again and again which is why QTs are so popular. I will not be using this QT anymore unfortunately.

What a joke. I see I can't NOT depend on QuickTrip now just like 7 Eleven locations for clean or open bathrooms. Conveniently however the men's bathroom always seems to be open. ?
