Appallingly rude cashier. I stopped by the location at 8850 Culebra for gas and some breakfast items. Apparently the cashier has an issue bagging customer items. I selected two breakfast items and after ringing them up she turns to walk away. I politely asked her for a bag and she looked genuinely annoyed. She placed the bag on the counter and walked away. I put my items in the bag and walked out. If it is beneath the cashier to put customer items in bags then she should at least thank the customer for their business before walking away in disgust. Appallingly bad service for a QT.

Came in with a birthday coupon for $2 off cigs. Coupon wouldn't scan even though it expires in April. Cashier wouldn't accept it. Wasted time. And they didn't even have the cigs I wanted. I was willing to buy the shorts but he refused to accept the coupon. So a wasted trip and have to go to another gas station for what I need. Unacceptable that he wouldn't take the coupon. It was valid and just received from Marlboro. Just went again. Same issue. Came back several times and now you have to bag what you have on your own. Sad. I work at another gas station and we bag EVERYTHING. Came here and this is the 3rd time the cashier has put the bag out, told me to have a good day, and walked away to leave me to bag my own stuff. Guess they only care when its semi busy. Show up when they are slow and you're on your own. Sad. Used to like QT. Now I'll stop somewhere else. N o customer service after a certain time.

I am QT Fan I never write negative reviews but this time I came up over to get gas and buy a Pizza i love the fresh pizza of QT store and I had discount coupons of fountain drink the young boy at the counter at my age i have asked him if he can scan this coupon for me so he started looking at it he had zero knowledge about the discounts and coupons he had no idea what his doing so later on he started saying oh it’s too early for the coupon to be scanned that’s start after 10:00am it was around 8am I said it’s okay and so he charged me the regular price for the fountain drink and so I went to the fountain machine most of the flavors were out of order I was looking for the coke but it was unavailable in the all fountains machine I went back to the counter asked the same guy the coke is disabled can you please make it available he got mad at me just because I asked for the coke isn’t available he started walking to the fountains machine and he saw himself that in all machines it’s unbelievable so he said just wait for couple of minutes and he will make it available since my pizza arrived by lady she works in the back kitchen she were honest and hardworking lady she were doing her in the kitchen and as well she were taking care of customers with good manners but I was still waiting for the coke get it waited for about 15 minutes still no coke so I went back to the counter asked the same for the coke he said oh wait I am working on it but he was not because he was still serving customers at the counter his employees of QT and I am the customer of QT and it’s my fav place where I always hangouts I know about qt more then he do because most of the time I can be at QT I spend most of my time at QT at parking spot I stay in my car 7/8 hours never leave once I get into my car this day I came around 7:35am left 3pm, Anyway the coke is back I refilled the cup the taste were not even coke it was like water so I went back to the counter asked the same guy about the fountain he simply got mad started yelling at me in front of all people he were so disrespectful and this guy should learn some respect, this guy is not yet fit for this role he should be removed from the counter since he can’t control himself, he should be fit working in the back warehouse somewhere cleaning bathrooms and taking care of trash outside at spots area the area. I am very disappointed

No coffee this morning, and when there’s coffee machine I guess is dirty because it taste horrible. Do not get coffee here.

One of the worst locations!!! All out of drinks, carbonated and un made icees... Tee canisters are disgusting and they don't clean their fountain drink stations! Restroom was nasty and seems everything is out of order.

I enjoyed the clean environment, but overtime i go and get gas the last 4 times the pump doesn't have paper for a receipt. The young lady changing the trash cans liners, I spoke with her to advise them on the issue and the response the paper may be jammed or I can go inside and get one. The point is it's a inconvenience for me or other customers to go out of their way to walk in side for any reason. The reason ian not happy this is my 4th time.

Everything else here is great, but don't spend extra for slush machine drinks because they are just liquid. This is my second try with them.

I have been a die hard qt fan since the beginning, my family and I even attended the grand opening several years ago I go here exclusively for gas and fountain drinks many times a week. Today I used the app to order a couple of pizzas since they had an offer for 2 xl for $11.99, awesome sounding only the young man at the counter tried charging me $25 for the 2 pizzas. I explained to him 1 of the pizzas I ordered had extra meat toppings which it said in the fine print of the coupon would be extra but not $13 worth. He asked an older black woman to come assist and after i explained it to her she totally dismissed me and said she couldn't help. I'm extremely disappointed in this encounter and will go back to heb for the future. I truly hope this lady will handle customers in a better more friendly manner in the future. Store #4006
