That was the worst experience I have ever had inside a QT. I wanted my usual drink, but based on how the store looked, almost nothing was stocked. There were only three pieces of pizza left and no sandwiches at all.
To add salt to the wound, the employee who rang me up was rude. He scanned my items and then walked away. I was paying with cash, so he eventually came back, still without saying a word, and stood there waiting for me to hand him the money. After I paid, he mumbled “have a nice day.”
Whoever the manager on duty was needs to seriously rethink how this store is being run. It was a disgusting experience.

At this exact point and time a white male cashier didn't offer me a bag after I bought two drinks and a snack. Yet the customer who was white that was next to me was immediately asked, would you like a bag. Didn't feel welcomed here at all.

The staff is great in my experience. Martez went out of his way to reprint receipts for an old expense report over the phone while operating the shop.

water hazard dripping from the ceiling by doorway on coffee entrance. on July 28th during 9am cst shift. Young boy with braces helped his own ethnicity (blk) but not a Hispanic person. Completely ignored me while I talked and walked away. When I asked if he checked for whipped cream at the register when paying, he said we have no creamer I checked. So he did hear me and would have never even initiated to tell me or acknowledge me. He still said the wrong thing, like if you can't understand my perfect english, just was racist towards me. Accused of stealing by the other blk man working there after I paid for everything... apparently I cant look at nothing else afterwards, so this was rasism confirmed... all video recorded from the moment I was intentionally ignored.
Left Columbian hasn't been working. Only the right Columbian works. I did see after this review they immediately went to fix the issue persistent for weeks!
Reminder: alot of hispanic family (especially mine) have lived here since the Alamo, before texas inauguration. My family have sucessfully became US citizens afterwards, I DONT appreciate rasism in TEXAS, especially in San antonio. People act like every one of us just crossed the border! I literally have family who fought for the Alamo shame on those trying to create more division between two races that literally dealt with rasism in the past and till this day!!

I frequent this location and the service is always hit or miss depending on staff. Today I waited for somebody to bring out our food and drinks with a minivan full of kids and nobody ever came out. If this service is offered, why is it not being fulfilled when certain people are working, but other times, it is? I don’t work there, but I had to come inside the store and ask why nobody brought our order out?
The guy behind the counter told me he “didn’t know” what happened. Again, I don’t work there. So I really don’t know what the issue is. Who is the manager at this location? Your employees need another training, I guess. Also, the bbq sandwich I ordered today was halfway filled with meat. As I stated, this is the not the first time I’ve had this issue, but it’s happening more and more frequently and I just wanna bring it to somebody’s attention who is in charge of the employees at the store. This review is based solely off our visit today.
Also, a select few pumps take Apple Pay outside. I tell the employees that there’s something wrong with the card reader outside and they tell me no one has ever told them that before and then the cards works for everybody else. Maybe if a manager does exist, they can take a look into that??
