I expected a much higher quality level for this store. Maybe it’s just this location. I’ve been to this retail chain many times, but the bad guy at the register at this store gave me a hard time just for me asking for a receipt and a bag. I noticed that he was in a bad mood and he chose me as an unsuspecting victim.

They have the touch screen soda fountains which are less hygienic and taste bad.

Seems like I can't use the restroom in peace when I barely step in the stall, your employee trace kept bugging me about letting others use the stall when I just got in there and I had someone else not even a min earlier bugging me also asking me if im done when i politely said already that I barely got in there, how am I supposed to handle my business if I got a qt employee trying to get me out when I barely get in the stall.

most QTs have cool nice ppl. this one has an old bald mumbling man working there, throwing receipts at customers. maybe he was drunk, or just didn't know where he was?

Been stopping here every morning for months to get coffee just before morningrush. Often 1 or more coffee machines are down due 'cleaning' they regularly run out of sugar, or creamer. The coffee bar is not kept clean. When asked if they will order more stuff to prevent this and maybe clean thd machines during non peak times they often laugh and act like they dont care with the same excuse that its shipping. Inaddition what they charge varies, I bring in my own 20oz mug, I get charged any where from $1.90 - $2.80 depending on who's behind the counter. This place has gone down hill significantly since April '25. Im going to take my business else where this place is a waste of time.

Female security guard was extremely rude to me. So I'll just take my business somewhere else. It was only 10:00 and she would not let me use the restroom. I tried to explain to her that I had kidney disease and couldn't hold it. She told me to go home

I had one of those days where everything that could go wrong did.
First, my car broke down on the road, but after a struggle, I managed to get it started again. I then drove to QuickTrip to fill up on gas and grab an XL drink. As soon as I got there, my phone died. I didn’t have my wallet in hand, so I took my charger inside and asked the person at the register if I could charge my phone to just 1% so I could access my Apple Wallet and pay. He refused and was extremely rude about it. All the other workers just stood by, watching as he mocked my shock at being denied the chance to charge my phone.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a gas station. I went out of my way to get gas here because it’s good for my car, and to receive such poor customer service was both shocking and disappointing. QuickTrip is usually known for being clean, convenient, and providing great customer service, but this location failed me in every way. Because of this experience, I will never return.
To the bald guy who mocked me and the security guard, shame on both of you. You are bullies and represent the worst kind of people to have at the front counter.

You have armed security guards on site, and you still have multiple doors locked including the restrooms. The pumps don’t print receipts so we have to walk around the building to get inside and wait in line to get a receipt for gas. We can’t get drinks because the drink station is closed. This is the most inconvenient “convenience“ store I’ve been to in a very long time. 1/10. Would not recommend.
