Most useless QT I have ever gone to, and I went out of my way to go to one. Air pump didnt work, cashier only using one side, one of the stalls in women's bathroom was down and there was no. Dr. Pepper and half the soda machines were down. Won't bother coming back.

QT is the best thing to happen to San Antonio when it comes to gas stations! Went from what it used to be, “Where’s the Valero?” to what it is now, “QT! Now I can get gas, a soda or coffee, order something from their kitchen AND get that $1.7B winning Powerball ticket!!” Ok…at least I can dream about winning the Powerball while I enjoy a Coke & a brisket sandwich!! :)

The ID scanner doesnt even work, keeps the doors locked behind alcohol. I asked if they could manually scan and they told me to just drive 2 miles down if i really want to. Ridiculous service with a snarky remark at “oh well just go to another one” why only have one scanner if it doesnt even work?

Great cashier, Sam was very respectful, greeted my family as we walked in the place is always clean, snacks, beverages and hot food are the best. This QT is the best for gas to get around than the other places around it. Great location great prices.

QT is supposed to be the ultimate drink destination, offering a variety of teas, coffee, soda, slushes and adult beverages. But not this QT. The teas are always either empty, old or completely out. The coffee is always empty. The floor is always disgusting, never mopped. The hot item foods are always old, the “fresh donuts are old and even the sun flower seeds are old. This QT has taken a turn for the worst. Keep driving down Culebra to the QT on West Over Hills and Culebra, definitely 100x better than this location. However, there are a few employees that are welcoming and friendly,
they just don’t clean up.

Bathrooms closed at 11. Even for uber drivers who work overnight to keep ppl from driving drunk. Guess ill go pee in a bush! Thanks QT! Yall are a SAFE PLACE location; your bathrooms should never close. The lady said not all the QTs just "certain areas". So bc its a bad area i cant have a safe bathroom?! No i have to find a dangerous 711, or a run down circle k with piss on the seat. Ill take squating on a bush at 2am before i step foot at an exxon with their traffic prone abductions!

Just received the worst customer service from Miranda R manager in training and another caucasian employee in training bald older guy he was mopping and literally mopped my husbands feet when I spoke about it he laughed in my face with all the racism going on you'd think they have better customer service in the south and Mirandas response was she'll be gone Sunday to a different store .. why does this company insist on hiring bottom of the barrel service.

I was overcharged and was traveling home which is 8 hours away. I called to settle this with the manager and he was RUDE. He was the general manager because I had to call back at 5 am to speak to him but he had no customer service skills whatsoever so I went through my bank instead.
