Stayed here for two nights (Aug 12–14) and really enjoyed it. The staff was super nice, the room was clean and comfy, and the location worked out great for getting around San Antonio. I’d definitely stay again.

Horrible experience . Room was very dirty smelled bad . Hairs on toilet . Did not stay overnight . Very bad experience . Will not recommend it to my family members at all.

The men at the breakfast is being so rude and bad at service he keep screaming and yelling over and over that we all left and we didn’t want to eat anymore he keep screaming and he doesn’t want to tell the people what to do and he doesn’t listen to anyone. All he’s doing is just keep singing and talking too much that the people can’t even eat their breakfast at 8 Am. He can’t Be touching anyone that comes to the breakfast downstairs because he touched my mom and he wasn’t supposed to, and he’s asking so many questions and that annoyed us and annoyed others that he’s asking so many private questions that he shouldn’t be asking .
The rooms are not clean at all the bed was so dirty that we had to clean so we can sleep and the bathroom is dirty too
And there’s people that keep playing music and talking on loud outside from 11 to 1 and 2 Am and we couldn’t sleep I was exited to be here but I’m not really interested anymore and I’m not really coming here again

I'm sorry I do not like to be negative about business but this place was so filthy. I was here for my grandson's Air Force graduation ceremony and wanted to stay close to the Lackland Air Force Base. The people at the front desk were very nice and some of their employees but geesh to have a place and not even have it properly cleaned was horrible. I would never recommend staying here. It was really unfortunate 😔.

We moved from Illinois to Texas. We had to stay there for about a week until our house was ready. Everybody was very friendly very informed and met all our needs. And the place was extremely clean.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Housekeeping was awesome. YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICE! We came for our son's airforce graduation. The location was PERFECT! Not to close and not to far. About a 15 minute drive from the base. If I ever visit San antonio again this will be my go to!!

Room was a good size and very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Bed, sheets, pillows were all clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping did a great job. Plenty of hot water, and good pressure. Location is nice as well. Quick on and off freeway, and central location for doing pretty much everything in San Antonio. There is also a Denny's and a Bill Miller BBQ within walking distance of the hotel.
